"Apparently he planned some kind of a night training for me, he also said he will kill you unless I follow every one of his orders."

"Killing me? that's his plan?" Gu Hai snorted with stretched lips, "That should be fun."

"Da Hai it's not funny, he has connections within the military and a close relationship with Shi Hui, you are underestimating him, he has more than enough money and resources to implement his plans."

"Relax baby, I have better ones and so do you."

"What kind of connections do I have? I don't want your father involved."

"You have me."

"You are the one I am trying to protect here, don't you get it?"

Gu Hai served him a silver plate with the bell-pepper filled with rice and chicken that he saved for him earlier, he used his thumb and index finger to lift Bai Luo Yin's chin and observed him with all seriousness.

"You don't need to protect me baby," he said, "I will take care of him, just try to stay in one piece and out of prison for the next twenty-four hours."

"Take care of him? It doesn't sound so good, you know I don't like it when you are being too cruel to people, you are not planning on killing him, are you?"

"One can only wish love, but no, don't worry I won't touch him, I am just planning on kicking him off the military, that's all."

"But until we will get rid of him," Gu Hai continued, "You have to tell me everything he does or says to you without holding back, even not for a second, if you try that shit with me one more time, I promise you, I will ignore you?"

During their years of marriage -Ignoring- was and still is one of the strongest threats, the two went through a lot together, and has gotten so used to each other that if they passed even one single day without talking to one another, their mood automatically sank into a deep pond of depression, can barely function level of depression.

No, they didn't have a problem of co-dependency, it is simply that their love was that intense and that deep, if one were to use the -Ignoring- threat then the other would instantly comply.

Bai Luo Yin's playful eyes gleamed, his hand covered his mouth full of food, holding in a naughty grin.

"Then should I also mention how surprised he was to know that I trained my unit well?" he asked.

"Surprised? Why? everyone knows how skilled and capable of a Lieutenant Colonel you are."

"That was my exact question, he said he thought my unit will be a group of sissies since I am eating dick on a daily basis." Bai Luo Yin giggled his way through the sentence.

"Ignore him, he is talking nonsense." Gu Hai made a face, but then in the most natural way he arched his back over the kitchen table toward the other, making the most out of the conversation.

"Speaking of eating dick, how about we...?" he lowered his gaze to scan Bai Luo Yin's member through the thick fabric of his pants and raised it again only to meet a very amused pair of chestnut eyes.

"You really have a talent to navigate every conversation to your lustful destination, don't you?"

"I mean, if I can, I don't see a reason why not."

"Da Hai," Bai Luo Yin wrapped his fingers around every one of Gu Hai's, stroking them gently.

"I am tired and stressed, let's finish dealing with the Shi family first, we will have enough time to fulfil your dirty wishes later."
