"Definitely!"
Just as Gu Yang was about to ask for more details about Shi Hui and Bai Luo Yin's relationship, his phone rang.
"Gu Yang we finished here with the training, should I come pick you up?" Ling Yun's voice sounded on the other side.
"No, just go straight home, I am heading over there now too."
"Okay, see you there."
Suddenly a lightbulb went on in Gu Yang's head, he pinned the cell-phone back to his ear.
"Wait, wait, did you perhaps notice anything unusual happening between Bai Luo Yin and Shi Pai?"
"He did give some special attention to Bai Luo Yin," Ling Yun recalled. "But the training proceeded as usual, in the last few hours I had to go inspect the other units while Shi Pai asked to be left alone with him so I am not sure what happened next."
"Got it, thanks, see you soon."
Gu Yang passed on the information word for word to Gu Hai, he then headed out not before he threw an encouraging glance at his concerned visage.
"If something happens to Bai Lo and you need my help, you know where to find me."

Two tall men wearing a well pressed military uniform ambled around the training ground holding their hands behind their back conversing.
An aggressive palm smacked Bai Luo Yin's upper back, startling him.
"Seems like you trained your soldiers pretty well Lieutenant Colonel Bai, I have to say I am surprised."
Bai Luo Yin slowed down his steps, almost halting in place for a brief moment.
"Surprised?? Why?"
"I thought your unit will be a group of sissies since their Lieutenant Colonel eats dick on a daily basis." Shi Pai scorned him.
Bai Luo Yin clasped his hands behind his back and faked a half-smile, resisting the urge to punch the smug face ambling beside him, his gaze lingered on the parked bus outside the gate.
The same one that drives the problematic soldiers to prison every two days.
Not worth it!
He calmed himself down and wore an indifferent expression.
"I got my eye on you," Shi Pai let him know.
"You are going to be my special project, I built a very thought-out night schedule especially for you, in order for my disciplinary training to work properly you will have to move back to the dorms by tomorrow."
"You can't do that!!" Bai Luo Yin lost his temper, throwing out the window the whole meditation process he just went through seconds ago.
"Oh, but I can and I am."
"With all due respect Colonel Shi but it seems like Brigadier General Zhou omitted some important details in his briefing, should I call him for you?"
Shi Pai ceased the short stroll, his expression turned serious, his tone harsh, his violent palm landed once more on Bai Luo Yin's upper back, smacking it again, leaving behind one sturdy back prickling with pain this time around.
"There is no need for that," he said.
"I don't want a middle man between us, let me be clear, I am not asking you, I am telling you! Do as I say or something not so great will happen to that perverted gay lover of yours."
Bai Luo Yin blinked at him puzzled, he narrowed his eyes and grinded his teeth, fierce fire ignited in his gut, blazing through his body threatening to eject out and burn the new Colonel alive.
"What does Gu Hai have to do with you?" he filtered.
"Oh, didn't I tell you?" Shi Pai sneered with a sinister smile on.
"I am Shi Hui's cousin, you know... the girl you dumped for a penis, she invested a hundred million dollars in the military with the sole purpose of putting me here and have some fun with you, she is really something, isn't she?! Hahaha"
Bai Luo Yin's glare bored into Shi Pai's condescending grin, whacking him with a thousand tacks per second, nailing him to the ground.
I can't believe I ever liked this woman, she is completely insane!!
He choked on his own saliva but quickly restored the unbothered expression and cleared his throat.
"I am afraid you got the wrong information Colonel Shi, in a fight against Gu Hai no one stand a chance, let alone you or your daft cousin."
Shi Pai's stabbed his vast claw in Bai Luo Yin's nape, his long fingernails almost knifed the Lieutenant Colonel to the point of a major bleeding.
"I got the correct info all right! your precious gay lover is not as invincible as you make him to be, didn't he almost die in a car accident once??!"
"I am not going to argue with you Lieutenant Colonel, I am your superior, if you choose to disobey my order, I will be more than happy to send you to prison, I know a few guys there, and you are just their type, hahaha"
"You have twenty-four hours to move back to the dorms or your so-called boyfriend will be poisoned, strangled, will have another car accident, will drown to death or better yet will get a bullet to the head, sorry but I haven't decided on the how part yet, haha"
Fifteen minutes later Lieutenant Colonel Bai headed to his jet-black Nissan JT-R with a bleeding neck and one broken cell-phone in his clenched palm as he left the base horrified and fuming at the same time.
