✦Azriel POV✦

She melted into his touch and he started kissing her, kissing her shoulders while his hands ran over her shoulders which were now bare. Fillias pulled the straps of her dress even further down, kissing her more harshly. She cried, but she obeyed. She let it happen to her. His hands all over her, grabbing her tightly and roaming around her body. Her ass, her hips, breasts, waist, neck. He kissed her more forceful, I wanted to help her, run towards them, but my shadows chained me to the floor. I had to watch them. I had to watch the scene in front of me. Cassian stood next to me, not doing anything. I tried to shout at him but now words came out of my mouth. My throat was dry and I was mute. She cried more, screamed for help but Fillias did not stop and then he slipped the dress over her stomach and-

"Fuck..." I groaned and once again my eyes shot open, burning as again I had a sleepless night. Fucking hell.

Again and again this nightmare.

Sweating like hell I once again made my way over to the bathroom to wash myself. This could not happen, not again. Not again. Not every damn night.

Every damn night, since I have seen her. I only needed to close my eyes and the nightmares haunted me.

I looked into the mirror, the muscles of my shoulders tensing, my jaw clenched and the shadows now curling around my throat.
Save her. Save the beautiful girl.
They whispered before I shook them away.
I could not save her. And I could not have her. She was Fillias' bride and probably did not even know or remember me.

And there we go again, my eyes shot open and I immediately sat straight up on the lounger outside the House of Wind. Sweat was dripping from my forehead, when I braced my hands on my thighs, gripping them tightly.

After the nightmare the previous night everything went black and calm at the other side. On her side.

On her side of the.......bond?

I did not feel her anymore. Did not see her anymore. Nothing. Anymore. For the whole day so far. Nothing.

I fell asleep on one of the loungers after trainig. Due to the nightmares I was quite sleep-deprived and training was hence more than exhausting.

But now—

Now I was fully awake. Cassian looked at me in shock, wind blowing through his hair.

"Brother, you all right?" he questioned, furrowing his brows. He must have noticed my shattered expression.

"Get Rhys!" I growled and he got up, quickly, asking no questions. He knew it was serious. He must have felt it somehow.

Suddenly everything was different. It changed. The feeling changed. There was this spark inside of me. A spark of pain rushed through me. I saw her, again. I felt her, again. She was there, again.

But.....she was in pain. Suffering from something.

I felt it. Felt the pain scraping through my whole body.

I was panting heavily when I approached Rhys and the others minutes later. They looked at me in shock, being terrified by my pale and shocked face. The expression on my face must have been quite different to my normally stern and expressionless face.

"She is hurt, they hurt her. The girl from the Hewn City. The female who was going to marry Fillias," I breathed out and Cassian approached me, putting a hand on my shoulder.

"How do you know? How would you know that?" Cassian mumbled, brows furrowed and obviously tensing.

"I feel it. There is this strong feeling inside of me. I know she is hurt and I need to rescue her. Save her."
"You cannot just go to the Autumn Court and get her! You could kill yourself right here and now if you have a sudden death wish," Mor exclaimed, throwing her hands in the air. Feyre looked at me with concern, carrying baby Nyx on one arm. I looked at her and she pressed her lips in a thin line, shrugging.
