We were in Prince Zuko's chamber drinking tea. Uncle Iroh insisted so we could have a moment of quiet and forget what happened in the last weeks.
"See, Prince Zuko, (Y/N), a moment of quiet is good for your mental well being.", Uncle Iroh stated.
Prince Zuko was about to drink his tea but he spilled it over his head because of a rumble from outside. He growled wiping the tea away from his face and rushed towards deck, Uncle Iroh and I behind him. On deck, a shirshu climbed on the ship and scared the soldiers away from him, a girl on his back.

"Get back! We're after a stowaway.", she announced. "There are no stowaways on my ship.", Prince Zuko said.
Then the shirshu broke a piece from the deck and threw it at us but we ducked in time. It poked his head inside the hole but suddenly a stranger climbed out running away. The shirshu followed him and struck th man with his long tongue. He fell down.
"He's paralyzed.", Prince Zuko observed. "Only temporaril. The toxins will wear off in about an hour, but by then he'll be in jail and I'll have my money.", the girl clarified picking the man over her shoulder and climbed on her shirshu. "But how did you find him on my ship?", he asked. "The shirshu can smell a rat a continent away. I was so interested in these animals, I still am.", I answered for him. "Well, I'm impressed.", Uncle Iroh complimented. She struck the shirshu with her whip and it jumped off the ship. "Very impressed." He watched the girl in admiration making me and Prince Zuko cringe in disgust.
Zuko's POV
The shirshu can smell a rat a continent away.
I thought about (Y/N)'s words. That got me an idea. "I know how to find the Avatar!", I announced. "Let me guess. We're going to use the shirshu with the Water Tribe girl's necklace to track down the Avatar. Am I right?", (Y/N) guessed. I was shocked. "How-" "I know you for 3 years, your majesty. I know you do everything to catch the Avatar.", she cut me off. "Wow, you're good.", I complimented. "Thank you."
In the evening
Night fell. We were looking through the forest for the girl with the shirshu. We found it laying outside of a pub where shouts came from. We went inside and I started pushing the people out of my way.
"Out of my way! Step aside, filth!" I saw the girl armwrestling with a buff man. "I need to talk to you." "Well, if it isn't my new friends, angry boy, uncle lazy and intelligent girl." Uncle laughed at his nickname. She wrestled the man's hand down.
