We had set up camp. Right now, we were watching how shooting star flew over our heads.

"Wow, this is amazing to watch.", Katara said. "Kinda make you realize how insignificant we are.", Sokka said. "You've seen nothing once, you've seen it 1,000 times.", Toph said. "This is my second time. My first time was with my mother.", I confessed.
Suddenly a meteorite came straight to us. "Oh, man. You've never not seen anything like this.", Sokka agreed. The meteor flew over our heads and crashed far away from our camp.
We immediately climbed on Appa and flew towards the place where the meteorite crashed. It was on fire and not far away from a small town. "The fire is gonna destroy that town.", Katara yelled. "Not if we can stop it.", Aang declared. Appa landed next to the meteor. Toph, Aang, Sokka and I climbed off. "There's a creek there. I'll bend the water on the fire.", Katara said taking the reins. "Toph, let's make a trench to keep the fire coming any closer. (Y/N), bend the fire from the meteorite.", Aang ordered. "Got it!", I nodded. We ran towards it. "What should I do?", Sokka asked. "Keep an eye on Momo.", Aang said. "So what, I'm just a lemur-sitter?", Momo flew on his head, "There, there. Feel better?", he pet Momo's head.
Aang and Toph earthbended a trench around the meteorite and pushed it back. I collected so much fire as I could and dissolved it. Hot cinders flew towards Sokka so he stomped them out. Then Katara arrived on Appa and bended the water over the meteorite. Toph stomped the fire with earth dominos. I looked how Sokka was watching us.
"Sokka, stand clear.", Aang ordered. "Right, stand clear. Got it.", he grabbed Momo and walked away. Aang bended water and air at the same erasing the fire. Because of it, it began to snow over us. "Good work, everybody.", Aang praised. I looked for Sokka and observed how he emerged from a pile of snow with a look of frustration.
The next day
We went to the village to eat lunch.
"These people have no idea how close they were to getting toasted last night.", Aang sat to us at the table. "Yeah, the worst thing about being in disguise is we don't get the hero worship anymore. I miss the love.", Toph said. "Boo-hoo, poor heroes.", Sokka fake-cooed. He was sitting by the stairs, his lunch next to him. "What's your problem? You haven't touched your smoked sea slug.", Katara asked. "I know what's wrong with him. He's disapointed. He's disapointed that he couldn't do anything against the meteor.", I answered. "It's just ... all you guys can do this awesome bending stuff like putting out forest fires, flying around, making other stuff fly around ... I can't fly around, okay? I can't do anything.", Sokka confessed sadly. "That not true. No one can read a map like you.", Katara mentioned. "I can't read at all.", Toph said. "Yeah, and who keeps us laughing with sarcastic comments? I mean, look at Katara's hair, right? What's up with that?", Aang said. "What's wrong with my hair?", she shrieked blushing. "Nothing, I was just trying to ..." "Look, I appreciate the effort, but the fact is each of you is amazing and so special, and I'm not. I'm just the guy in the group who's regular.", Sokka delivered sadly. I stood up from the table and sat next to him. "I'm sorry you're feeling down but I hope you know none of us see you that way. You should know, Sokka, there was a time where I wished I wanted to be a non-bender like you too. When Zhao found out I could waterbend, I wished I couldn't do it and with what happened at the catacombs in Ba Sing Se, I then wished I couldn't firebend too. I wanted to be a normal girl. But from time to time, I've learned to accept that I'm a fire- and waterbender.", I hugged him, "And you should accept yourself for who you are too and it doesn't matter if people think differently. Only your opinion matters." He still looked sad. "(Y/N), I know what will make him feel better.", Katara declared behind us. "You do?", Sokka questioned.
