The storm stopped till the next morning. Zuko and I hadn't talked since that kiss yesterday. We were now back on the way through the Earth Kingdom. Dad and I were on the ostrich horse while Zuko was walking next to us. I hissed holding my shoulder because the ostrich horse moved to much.
"Maybe we should make camp.", Zuko suggested. "No, please, don't stop just for me. I'm alright.", I declined.
Dad then started to fake moan and groan just to make Zuko pulled on the reins in my hands to stop the animal. He carefully helped me off the saddle. Dad climbed off too then sat on a rock. I did too rubbing my shoulder to ease the pain.
Suddenly the ostrich horse trilled. "What now?, Dad groaned. Fire Nation soldiers on Komodo rhinos appeared surrounding us. The leader in front of us.

"Colonel Mongke, what a pleasant surprise.", Dad greeted. "If you're surprised we're here, then the Dragon of the West has lost a few steps.", Mongke said. The soldiers took out their weapons ready to attack us. "You know these guys, Dad?", I questioned. "Sure, dear, Colonel Mongke and the Rough Rhinos are legendary. Each one is a different kind of weapon specialist. They are also a very capable singing group." "We're not here to give a concert! We're here to apprehend fugitives.", Mongke threatened, "Especially concubine fugitives.", he added looking at me. "Let me guess ... Princess Azula told you.", I scoffed. "Would you like some tea first? I'd love some. How about you, Kachi? I make you a jasmine man. Am I right?", Dad proposed. "Enough stalling! Round them up!", Mongke ordered.
The soldiers started attacking us. Dad took care of the soldier with the ballchain. He kicked the ball so the chain goes around another Komodo Rhino leg then slapped the rear making it ride, the soldier holding the chain being dragged away by it. He even waved at them. The soldier with the bow shoot an flaming arrow towards Zuko but I sliced it with the water from my satchel. I then shot fire at the bow making the string snap. Then Colonel Mongke firebended at us. Dad and I dissolved the shots giving Zuko the opportunity to jump behind the Colonel and kicked him off the saddle. We quickly jumped on the ostrich horse riding past Zuko who jumped behind me, the other Rough Rhinos following us. One of them threw a bomb in front of us but avoided it riding through the smoke.
"It's nice to see old friends.", Dad said. "Too bad you don't have any old friends that don't want to attack you.", Zuko mocked. "Mmh ... old friends that don't want to attack me." "Yeah, Dad, you should look for other friends.", I suggested.
Time Skip
We arrived at the Misty Palm Oasis at the evening walking towards a bar to drink something.
