The first group of people that left at around 6 a.m. are already halfway through their journey. At the moment, they are resting and grabbing a bite to eat. Ontari hasn't eaten anything since yesterday and that worries her pack members. Both Lisa and Troy have asked her to eat something so she won't get sick but she refuses. Noah and Maya have also tried and Ontari got a little impatient with them. Not wanting to further irritate her, they let her be.

"Maybe her mates will be the only ones that will get through to her," Lisa tells them. She and Noah then spot Lincoln some feet away from them and decide to talk to him. "Maybe, he can get through to her. Or at least make her eat something," Maya suggests and they all nod.

"Lincoln?" Maya asks and he turns around.

"Yes, what is it?" he asks, as he approaches a little closer to her.

"It's um, it's Ontari. She's not eating, not talking and we're getting worried. I know that she's not in a good place but if she doesn't eat something, she'll get weak. Can you please talk to her? We've tried but all we got to do is make her a little irritated," Maya states.

Nodding, Lincoln says, "I'll give it a try." He walks towards the cart and hands Ontari an apple that the Pureblood refuses.

"If not for yourself, at least for her," he states and with his head motions to Nia. "Do you think she'd like to see you neglect yourself? I know you're hurting and nothing anyone says will make you feel better but you must have strength for what you'll have to do tonight."

A tear falls from the corner of her eye and slowly she takes the apple and gives it a small bite. He nods at her then walks away. Lisa looks at him and smiles then mouths out "thank you" to him. He acknowledges her gesture as he goes towards the other warriors. Little by little, the apple slowly opens up her appetite and in a matter of minutes, she eats the apple.

After some minutes, they all pack up and start walking. Back at TonDC, Ava, Anya and Fay are busy administering all the roof repairs that need to be completed. Thankfully, it was only around seven houses that sustained damage and so far, their carpenters and people have managed to repair three. They believe that in two days, the others will be completely repaired. Ava leaves Anya and Fay to see to their people's wellbeing and also the construction of a new, more stronger market stalls for the traders while she goes and checks on Glenda. Clarke had asked her to please check on the elderly beta and Ava gave her word that it will be so.

As she walks, she smiles. She can clearly see a growing friendship between Clarke and Glenda and it has nothing to do with the omega being a healer but rather, Clarke enjoys Glenda's company and as for the beta, she also enjoys her time with the young omega.

When Ava arrived at Glenda's home, the beta was comfortably seated on the bench on her front porch. She smiled when she saw the Luna and tried to get up but Ava said from afar, "Don't Glenda. Keep sitting down please," and the beta acknowledged Ava's gentle command.

"Good afternoon Luna, how are you?" the beta politely asked and Ava answered, "Good, a little tired but otherwise good. How about you?"

"Heart's beating a little too fast so I'm doing the breathing exercises that Clarke recommended," Glenda answered.

"And is it helping?' Ava asked and the beta nodded. "Yes, it is. I feel my heartbeat slowing down a little. That is why I'm sitting here because I'm trying to relax a little."

"That's good to hear, Glenda. Anyway, I just came to check on you and ask if you need anything?" Ava asked and the elderly beta politely responded, 'Thank you Luna but I am okay. In a little while, I'm going to take a steam bath and practice more of my breathing exercises."
