"Jesus, you two are just asking to be caught." Cain chuckled, he was grinning at the pair of us while we looked like two guilty children.

"Shut it prospect." Ace answered, a smile in his voice and as I peered up at him there was a grin plastered onto his face. I couldn't fight the small smile from my face as butterflies danced in the depths of my stomach and my heart beat faster at the sight of his happy face.

"I'm just sayin' if I keep walking out here and seein' you both kissin' eachother, next time it might be someone else."

Ace scoffed at him before crossing his arms and I had to avert my eyes from the bulging muscles. "Cain shut the fuck up, you've seen us kiss twice."

Cain considered his answer before his signature grin was back on his face. "Yeah well I'm just worried about what Axel would say if he found out, speaking of Axel, Ava he's inside waiting for you."

"Already?" Ace cut in before I could even answer, he pushed past Cain and headed inside. I threw a questioning glance at Cain who just shrugged his shoulders before I followed Ace inside. I felt uneasy going back inside the clubhouse, I wasn't sure if it was the fact it was deserted and silent or if it was because the last time I was here Id seen Ace kissing another girl.

As I entered the room I glanced into the corner I'd seen them in as if they'd both still be there. My attention was drawn to the two men shouting in the corner and I was surprised I hadn't picked up on it any earlier. I walked a little quicker once I realised who in fact were arguing.

Axels face was the epitome of murderous as he glared at Mac, Ace barely keeping them apart. "She's my sister!" My brother barked, his face drawn into an angry scowl.

"And just because she's your sister doesn't mean you get to dictate her life!" Mac growled back, his face an angry snarl, which looked even worse with the bruises that littered his cheeks and circled his eye.

"If I think you're doin' no good for her then you best believe I'm gonna do something about it! You're lucky you're part of the club."

"And if I wasn't? What you gonna do about it Axel?" My brother laughed in retaliation and it sent a tendril of fear down my spine, I'd seen my brother angry but right now I didn't recognise this stranger in my brothers body.

"You'd be dead." My brother spat. "You still might be if you don't keep away from Ava." Mac pushed against Aces back.

"What because your dad died you're tryna replace him?"

Axels eyes flew wide open, ablaze with fury and I felt myself falter at the mention of our father. Ace moved from between the two, his hands raised in the air. "For that comment Mac, you deserve to get your ass beat. Have at it fellas."

At the promise of a fight the few members of the club begun to surround Axel and Mac who had met in a flurry of fists. I moved to run towards them but was stopped by Cain, I looked up at him and he shook his head. "He'll kill him." I told him. I'd seen my brother in numerous fights and I knew better than anybody the strength my brother held. It was something my mother had always warned my dad about.

I pushed against Cain who was watching my brother and Mac fight in the middle of a circle that had been created by the club, all hollering and throwing their hands in the air. Their shouts seemed to spur my brother on and I could see the evil glint shining as he threw himself at Mac. I threw a desperate look at Cain, silently pleading to let me stop this.

I saw an internal battle take place in Cain before he sighed and finally let me go. I barrelled towards the men as my brother pinned Mac to the wall by his neck, choking him with one hand. He raised his fist and brought it down over and over again. "Stop!" I shouted.
