Clary's POV
Jace and I look around the city for Adley and as I continue to think about her my hand shakes and Jace holds it. When we make a turn and it's near a alley way we hear a scream. We run to the direction of the sound and it's Adley, the demon made her kill a mundane.
"Adley, we know you're still in there. We promise you that we're going to get this demon out of you." I tell her while walking up to her slowly. The demon in her laughs and smirks at us. This is so weird
"She's gone, you're daughter is mine now and you'll never see her again." The demon threatens us and the demon grabs me from the throat and chokes me.
"Adley, I know, you're, in there. Please, hear us" I try to say struggling.
"Adley let her go" Jace tells her and the demon looks at him.
"Don't you two have ears. You're special angel is gone. She's mine now, forever, you'll never see her again." The demon threatens us and I am able to kick the demon away from me and get free. All of a sudden the demon gets in pain and falls to the ground. We turn around and it's Magnus and Alec.
"Kill it, now!" Magnus yells at us and Jace runs up to the demon in our daughter and puts the elixir in her. All of a sudden the demon comes out of her mouth and goes down back to hell. Adley faints and I catch her.
"Adley, Ad's?" I ask her and have my hand rub her cheek.
"Adley wake up, please, please." Jace begs her and Magnus checks her pulse.
"She's still alive, she's just in a lot of pain. We'll take her back to my place and I'll heal her." He informs us and I pick up my daughter and hold her in my arms, it takes me back to when she was a baby. She will always be my baby.
We portal back to Alec and Magnus' and we put Adley on the couch and Izzy comes running over here.
"Is she ok? Is it out of her?" Izzy asks us "The demon's out of her yes but we don't know if she's ok." I tell her, Josh and Caspian comes running in here.
"We heard what happened is..." Josh asks us
"The demon's out of her but she won't wake up." Jace tells them and him and I go up to Adley and hold her hand.
"Adley wake up honey, you're safe now I promise." I tell her and she wakes up with a breath and Jace and I hold her tight.
"I'm sorry for everything I said and did I just..." Adley tells us in a panic and I stop her.
"It's ok, it wasn't you. It was the demon, no need for apologies." Jace tells her "Agreed, it wasn't in your control." I reply
"I've also been there too." Jace reveals to her and we all look down from the memories.
"Wait, you were possessed too?" Adley asks him "I was, I know exactly what you've been through. I can help you through the aftermath." Jace tells her
"Thank you dad" Adley says and I smile because I love how the two most important people in my life get along so well. We hug her again and everyone else joins in. When we stop Adley looks at Caspian.
"Can I talk to you?" She asks him "Yeah" He answers and they go out to hallway.
"Magnus thank you so much." I tell him while hugging him. "Anything for the little bug." Magnus has called her that since she was born. It's so cute
"Just check up on her every now and than though because she might feel something every now and than. Right Jace?" Magnus informs us
"Yeah, I still had some problems after mine. We'll watch out for any symptoms." Jace tells him
My daughter is ok, oh thank the angel. I just hope she can bounce back to her regular self quick though. Right now I'm just going to have the thought of knowing that Adley's ok. Seriously thank you Magnus, what a miracle worker.
Magnus was able to fix Adley like the king he is. Also are Caspian and Adley going to be ok after this or will it be awkward? ❤️
