Remus groaned. "Oh cmon  ? Really ?"

Sirius stood there, arms folded. His face in a smug look. "This is what you get for  not attending Teddy's recital."

"I was late by a few minutes !" Remus whined. No actually, he made it in time for the closing speech.

He stepped forward, trying to hold Sirius' arm but his fingers accidently brushed against the silver bracelets and he winced quickly. As if he just touched boiling water.

If Remus had wolf ears, they'd be flopping down his face. He hung in a pouty cloud, moving around Sirius as the other dealt with cooking and laundry.

He glared at the silver bracelets, necklaces, the anklets and stack rings. I mean it wasn't his fault ! If it wasn't for his boss keeping him behind, he'd be in the front seat.

When they first started dating, Sirius got rid of every silver item he had in the house. Even expensive heirlooms handed down to him. Apparantly, they were only stowed away in the attic.

Werewolves and silver do not mix. That's why Sirius opted for gold now. But this was outrageous!

They sat cross legged on the floor. Silently folding clothes, a safe distance away from each other. Remus still kept his sad face.

It took Sirius every will in his body to not kiss him. When the giant looked grouchy, he was far more adorable than  anything he'd ever seen.

Suddenly, Remus perked up and walked over to the door. Teddy must be home. He could hear the bus come from a mile away. The boy always wondered how his dad seemed to know when he's home.

"Papa !"

Little arms hugged his waist before he climbed Remus like a tree to get carried  in the house. Sirius watched them by the door with awe.

"Why is daddy wearing so much jewelry?"

Behind him, Remus smirked victoriously at Sirius. "Because daddy wants papa to cry."

Teddy's eyes became saucers. "Daddy ! You're so mean !"

The kindergartener wriggled out of Remus' hold to try to persuade (hug) it out with Sirius. "Don't make papa cry."

"Don't make papa cry, Sirius~" He repeated in a sing-song tone.

But Remus should've known better. These two were carbon copies. In a whisper agreement, they turned to him with Chesire cat grins.

"This is Papa's punishment for being late to your recital baby."

Remus groaned. His kicked-puppy face returning. "But Teddy's not mad at me anymore right ?"

They shared a look and Remus knows Sirius got HIS boy against him. Teddy stuck his bottom lip out. "I'm still mad at papa."

Smiling, Sirius ushered him to go change out of his school clothes. "He's such a cute kid."

Remus wanted to hide all his left socks for closure. But Teddy caught his attention from the hallway. "Papa !" He whispered.

He hurried to his son, worried something's hurting him. "What's wrong sweetheart?"

His answer came in the form of mittens. Oven mittens that he uses for baking. "You won't get burned with these on right papa ?"

Genius. Smart boy. So fucking intelligent, Remus wondered where his brain went. Teddy squealed as he was squished in his father's embrace.

"Thank you my hero. Now go wash up for dinner. I have a mission."

The mission was Sirius. The other wasn't paying attention as he was stirring whatever it was in a pot. It smelled like heaven to Remus.

With the mitts on, he tested the waters by holding Sirius' arm. Sirius realized what was going on and sighed.

"Now I know where my mitts went."

In a triumphant giggle, Remus pulled him flush against his chest. His hands now safe to hug around Sirius without getting burnt.

But, there was one thing his wanted to do most. Something he couldn't live without. Something like kissing Sirius Black off his toes.

"Remus ? Whu-Mmh !"

The wooden spoon fell in the pot as Sirius went putty in Remus' arms. Their innocent pecks getting more heated. Remus wanted revenge for holding his right as husband.

Swiftly, Sirius turned the fire off and kept his hands on the counter. As much as he wanted Remus to learn his lesson, he'd also not like his lover get burnt.

It was all going according to plan until Remus slid his tongue in. He instantly regretted it.

"Fuck ! You can't be wearing a-"

Sirius stuck his tongue out in a cocky side smile.

"Tongue piercing baby."

Remus glared at the stupid silver ball on pink flesh. "I hate you sometimes."

Sirius kissed his cheek. "I give an A for effort."

He went back to cooking and Remus went to complaining. This time, whining his son's ear off.

He'll definitely come on time to the next recital.
