- you miraculously convinced your parents to let your boyfriend/girlfriend come over
- for your mom it wasn't that hard at all
- after you asked her all she said was "yeah whatever, just don't break anything."
- she honestly kind of shooed you away
- your dad however was a WAY different story
- he said "no" like a million different ways
- but your mom persuaded him to calm down
- and he very reluctantly agreed
- his conditions were that he and cristina had to be home
- and you guys had to stay in the living room where they could keep an eye on you guys
- you thought he was being ridiculous
- hell even cristina thought he was being ridiculous
- but that was the only way he would allow it, so you agreed
- you and your boyfriend/girlfriend would be on the couch watching a movie
- and you thought you were alone
- but your parents were watching you both from the kitchen, whispering to each other
- "i'll kill them." owen would whisper to cristina about your boyfriend/girlfriend
- "you'll go to jail." cristina would roll her eyes
- "no i wouldn't, i'm a doctor so i could just write it off as heart failure, or something." owen suggested
- "heart failure? ok first of all, i am a cardiothoracic surgeon nobody would ever go into heart failure in my house, ok? don't insult me. and second of all, they're like 17. heart failure is pretty unlikely." cristina would scoff to owen in disbelief
- "well maybe they went into heart failure because they're a smoker. or a burglar, or maybe even a serial killer. whatever, ok? the point is we don't know anything about them, and yet we're letting them cuddle up our daughter." owen sternly whisper-yelled at cristina
- "oh please they're not cuddling. they're barely even sitting comfortably---you know what owen, can you just leave them alone? im sure when you were their age you wanted to lay with your girlfriend without you parents barging in. stop being such a hardass." cristina would roll her eyes getting fed up with owen
