HOW IT WOULD BE LIKE SPENDING HALLOWEEN WITH THE PARENTS OF SEATTLE GRACE

MEREDITH GREY AND DEREK SHEPHERD

- you loved halloween

- and your parents loved it too

- tonight you and your parents, along with zola were making halloween cupcakes

- your dad would be pouring WAY too much batter in each cupcake holder

- "dad why are you putting so much?" you would laugh at your dad

- "what? i'm being generous." derek would defend himself

- pretty soon the doorbell would ring and some trick or treaters would arrive

- "can i hand out the candy this time?" you would ask your parents

- "i will do it thank you. i don't want you scaring the poor kids." your mom would say taking the candy bowl

- after about 3 hours, the trick or treaters stopped coming

- but you guys all heard another knock

- "another trick or treater? i'm surprised. they usually stop at around 9." derek sat on the couch with zola eating one of her cherry lolipops

- his mouth was stained red, and zola was laughing at him but he didn't notice

- "mom can i please just hand this one out? this is probably the last trick or treater, and then i have to wait all the way until next year before i can----" you started to ramble

- "ok! ok. yes y/n you can hand this one out." your mom would say from the kitchen sink

- you smiled and grabbed the almost empty candy bowl and opened the door

- however there was nobody there

- you looked around but didn't see anybody

- "TRICK OR TREAT!" somebody with a scary clown mask jumped out at you

- they were hiding along the side of your house so you wouldn't see them

- you got so damn scared you flew back and the whole candy bowl went flying

- you were really frightened

- until the person took off their clown mask

- and you saw it was your uncle alex

- he was dying of laughter at you being so scared that you actually fell

- "god uncle alex! don't scare me like that! what the hell!" you hit his arm as he just stood there laughing at you
