"Uh.There they are." Sookie pointed to Christopher and his girlfriend, Sherry.

"I see them. What do you think?" Lorelai asked.

"She's got good hair." Camille answered.

"Yeah." Lorelai marvelled at Sherry's hair.

"Plus she's been sitting for an hour and her dress is perfect." Sookie awed. "Not a wrinkle? How does she do that?"

"She must be a witch." Lorelai joked.

"And she's doing that no-hose thing." Camille pointed out.

"Yeah. She's a chic, good hair, wrinkle-free, no-hose-wearing witch." Lorelai listed.

"You ready?" Sookie questioned.

"Yeah." Lorelai nodded.

The three walked towards Christipher and Sherry.

"Hi there, you two." Lorelai announced their presence.

"Hey Lorelai, hey Camille. You guys get to meet at last. This is. . ." Christopher started.

"Sherry." Lorelai finished.

"Nice to finally meet you." Sherry smiled at the three girls.

"Yeah, we recognised you from your Christmas card." Camille grinned back.

"Which I'm sure you mocked mercilessly." Christopher assumed.

"Did not." Lorelai denied.

"Others, yes." Camille added.

"But not yours. You guys were cute, and the puppy was cute." Lorelai went off on a tangent. "Hey, this is Sookie."

"Nice to meet you." Sherry told her.

"Nice to meet you. You have a very smooth dress." Sookie tried to compliment the woman.

"Oh, well thank you. It's the fabric." Sherry informed her.

"The fabric. Uh huh." Sookie nodded to shoe understanding.

"Hm. Uh, Chris, I've told you about Sookie." Lorelai moved the conversation over to Sookie.

"Yes you have, the famous Sookie." Christopher smiled.

"The famous Christopher." Sookie babbled.

Camille zoned out while everyone was talking.

"I'm going to the bathroom, i'll be back before Rory goes on." She told the adults.

She walked off and headed in the direction of the toilets. She locked herself in one of the stalls and burst out crying. She hated to admit it but she was jealous of Rory for having both of her parents in her life, whether one of them was present or not.

She hated the argument that she had with Jess and she hated feeling so weak. After she had stopped crying, she wiped her tears and walked to the nearest exit. She left the school and walked to the bus stop. She was slightly cold even though she was wearing leggings with a jumper.

She got the that she was storing in her bra and dialled a number. It rung four times before it was picked up.

"Camille, where are you?" Lorelai questioned. "It's about to start."

"I feel sick." Camille answered. "So i'm getting a bus back to Stars Hollow. Please tell Rory that i'm really sorry and tell Christopher and Sherry that it was nice to see them."

"Okay sweetie, call me when you get home okay and stay safe." Lorelai instructed.

Camille hung up. She was sitting at the back of the bus, wiping tears from her eyes.
