Rafael prepares for trial and realizes the threats are even more dire than he realized. Olivia handles the shocking news. Sonny and Amanda realize how much this affects them too.

Trigger Warning: mentions of rape and murder

Wheatley chuckles.

"I'm glad you've come to your senses."

Rafael was here. Now. In the very place doing the thing he despised. There was no going back now, unless he wanted an immediate death wish. This was becoming his grave and now he's lying in it. He tries to remind himself he's doing this for Olivia, even if she never understood how much he loved her. Her look of disappointment was on his mind every time he thought of her. Maybe her momentary disappointment with him would be better than her being dead.  His mind thought back to the moment.

" Are you upset with me?"

"No."

"Disenchanted?"

Disenchanted, the word sits in his head. This is worse than that. At least with disenchanted there was room to back from it. Rafael doesn't know if he'll be able to come back from this. He thinks the one thing that hurts the most is that there was no smile to be found this time, just a look of disappointment. Rafael doesn't think he could take it if he never saw her smile again, especially if he's the one that took it away.

"Lost in thought, Mr. Barba? I bet you're thinking about her."

"I'm really going to need you to shut up about her if we're going to do this."

"And I don't think you have any room to make the rules here." Wheatley snaps.

"Fine. Tell me everything I need to know."

"Well I'll be honest with you. It was my wife Angela that ordered Kathy's death, she should be the one on trial. But being the good guy I am, I corroborated with all of my other numerous charges to be charged with this one."

Good god this guy is bragging.

"Including the death of my idiot son who got himself caught stealing my drugs. Angela thought Elliot Stabler was responsible and had Kathy killed, so he would feel as much pain as she did. But it was all me. So lucky you, you only have to deal with one murder."

"Tell me about the trafficking charges."

"What about them?" Wheatley said.

"Would you stop it already? What reason can you give me to defend you on this?" Rafael said.

"I've given you one. Shall I remind you again?"

Wheatley's voice goes dangerously low

"You make one wrong move, and Olivia will wish she was dead."
