Celeste sat next to Draco during dinner, since he had been a little shaken from the detention he had served only two nights before. He had come to Celeste as soon as detention was over, and he told her exactly what had happened. She had written to her aunt and uncle about the detention, and they were furious that Draco had been given detention in the Forbidden Forest because of Harry Potter and his little friends.

"I promise I will not allow them to give you another detention in the Forbidden Forest, especially because of Potter and his friends." Celeste said, and Draco smiled.

As they were eating dinner, Professor Quirrell slammed the doors open to the Great Hall and looked frightened.

"T-T-Troll! In the dungeons!" Professor Quirrell yelled, before collapsing to the ground.

Celeste looked at him with wide eyes, before she and Draco screamed. She grabbed Draco, ready to run for the hills, but Dumbledore yelled for everyone to be quiet. He swore there was nothing to panic for, but he expected everyone to go back to their common rooms. Celeste kept a tight hold on Draco's arm, as she walked towards their common room. She and Draco sat in the common room, before Celeste pulled out parchment and a quill to write to her aunt.

'Dear Aunt Cissa,

Draco and I are safe, but there was a panic tonight in the Great Hall. According to Professor Quirrell, there was a troll in the dungeon. Dumbledore swears there's nothing to worry about, but if trolls can get into Hogwarts, what else could possibly get through without question?

I have began to wonder if Hogwarts is actually as safe as everyone claims it to be. Things have been about normal, other than the troll, since I haven't really got much else to do during my time here. I do my schoolwork and study often, I even read when I have free time, but I'm always so bored now. Quidditch was my getaway, but everything can go wrong from here.

I knew this school year was going to be terrible as soon as I recieved the letter from Uncle Lucius. The year has just gotten worse, but at least I haven't gotten into trouble. I haven't tarnished the family name, which seems to be all everyone cares about. I've kept Draco safe and remotely out of trouble, but I wonder if that'll ever be good enough.

Sincerely,
Celeste B.M.'

Celeste snuck down to the owlery, and she was a little confused when she didn't see any professors around, she didn't even see Filch. Once she sent her letter with her owl, she walked back to the Slytherin common room. She sat in the common room reading for a while, before she heard someone outside of the common room. With a sigh, she walked over to the portrait hole and opened it up. Her eyebrows furrowed when she seen Oliver standing outside of the common room.

"What are you doing here?" Celeste asked, looking at him confused.

"I came to get you for the party. It's still going on, we just had to push it back a couple of hours." Oliver replied, causing Celeste to smile again.

Celeste hadn't smiled so much in her life, which made her wonder why she was smiling so much now. Oliver had always gotten on her nerves, but recently he hadn't been as bad. He still somewhat got on her nerves, but he didn't seem to cause her to want to tear out her hair from frustration.

"Is it a costume party?" Celeste asked, as she threw her robe over Oliver's shoulders to someone blend him in.

"Yes, which is why I'm going to get dressed in my quidditch gear when we leave." Oliver replied, causing Celeste to roll her eyes.

"That's not dressing up, Wood. Come with me." She retorted, before pulling him up the stairs.

With a simple swish of her wand, Celeste made Oliver able to come into the girl's dorms. Celeste shared a dorm with Gretchen, and two other fifth years, but they were off doing their own thing with other fifth year girls in one of the other dorms. Celeste opened her trunk and pulled out the costume she had purchased when she was out with Gretchen over the summer.

"I've got an idea!" Celeste exclaimed, before grabbing a black sheet that she had in her dorm, which she kept in case she wanted to make her own clothes or accessories.

"What--" Oliver began, as she draped the fabric over a post on Gretchen's bed.

Celeste waved her wand a few times and said a couple spells, before she and Oliver watched the fabric turn into a new costume. Turning towards Oliver, Celeste snatched the costume and handed it to him.

"Here, this is what you'll wear." She stated, smiling sweetly.

Celeste walked into the small washroom connected to the dorm room. She quickly changed into her costume, before walking out of the washroom and grabbing Oliver. Before he even had a chance to look at her costume, he was put in the washroom and told to change into the costume she made him.

"We can bring your clothes back to the Gryffindor common room when we leave." Celeste stated, standing outside of the door.

As soon as Oliver was ready, he walked out of the washroom with his clothes in his hand. Celeste grinned happily when she seen that the costume had fit him so well. When he seen her costume, his eyes practically widened to the point where it was almost comical. He believed she was absolutely beautiful, much like she normally was, except she was showing more skin this time.

"I don't know how I feel about people seeing so much of you." Oliver said, crossing his arms.

"Oh, lighten up, it's Halloween." She retorted, making him sigh.

"Fine, but I'm not going to be happy watching all the guys gawk." He replied, and she smirked.

If only she realized that he was the guy gawking the most that night...
