(TRIGGER WARNING: ATTEMPTED ASSAULT)
Ethan had arrived sooner than Celeste would've ever hoped. Each day that Ethan was at the manor, Celeste began to feel more and more trapped and helpless. Draco still brought her at least a roll up every night after he ate dinner, which Celeste was very thankful for. Draco was the only reason she hadn't already given up at this point.
Each night, she pondered on the thought of leaving it all behind. Draco would tell her he would be fine if she left, but she couldn't force herself to do it. She couldn't leave him behind. She felt as though she was all he had, even if she technically wasn't. The night that changed everything for her though, ended up being the breaking point of her staying in Malfoy Manor.
The night before Christmas, Draco had brought her a roll and wished her a good night. He had also snuck her a small piece of chocolate, since it was soon to be Christmas. She had given him his Christmas gifts early, which was some quidditch gear he wanted, a few new shirts, and a moving picture of him and her when they were younger. He had loved the gifts, which made her beyond happy. He had also given her the gifts he planned to give her early as well. He had gotten her a new diary, a gold bracelet that looked like a snack wrapped around her wrist, and a small picture book full of moving pictures of him and her throughout their childhood. He had made copies of the pictures with the help of a house elf.
Anyhow, once Draco had gone to bed, Celeste laid in her own reading another muggle story she was given as a gift. She had been startled, when her door opened abruptly, and shut almost as quick. Looking up, she seen Ethan walking over to her.
"You can't be in here. I never invited you in," She spat, but he didn't care.
He slapped the book from her hand, and forced his lips upon her. She could taste firewhiskey on his lips, meaning he was definitely drunk. She tried hard to get him off of her, but he wasn't having it. He forced his hand against her throat, as his other hand traveled her body. She whimpered when his hand started pulling up her skirt.
"Stop!" She cried, but all he did was chuckle.
"You can stop being a bitch. I know you want me," He spat, as he pushed her skirt further up.
His fingers barely traced her panties, close to her core, when she heard a knock on her door. Ethan slammed his hand down on her mouth to keep her quiet.
"Celeste?! I need to talk to you!" Draco called, knowing he had heard his cousin's cry.
Celeste faught harder against Ethan, knowing she had to get away to protect Draco. She brought her leg up and kicked him in the balls, successfully getting him to loosen his grip.
"Draco! Come in!" She cried out, as Ethan quickly smacked her.
Draco came in a moment later, and seen what was going on. In seconds, he was over at Celeste's side to try and help her.
"You two are not yet married, which means you are not supposed to be touching her. I will go get Father this instant if you do not leave," Draco spat, causing Ethan to huff.
Ethan quickly climbed off of Celeste, and left the room without another word. Once he was gone, Celeste burst into tears. Draco wrapped his arms around the girl, and let her cry into his shoulder.
"I think that's the last chance, Celeste," Draco commented, as Celeste pulled away,"I think you should run away," He murmured, and she nodded.
"I'll come back for you, Draco. I'll always come back, and I'll always love you," She replied, kissing the top of his head.
Draco simply smiled at Celeste once more, before he turned and left the room. He couldn't watch her pack up and leave. He couldn't say goodbye. He couldn't do anything in fear of crying, and possibly begging her to stay for him. He couldn't do that to her though, so he left her room and went straight to his own.
Celeste quickly pulled out a bag to pack up the rest of her things. Most of her things were still at Hogwarts, since Narcissa often bought her new clothes to wear during the holidays. So, she packed all of the clothes she had left over at the manor, as well as all her pictures, shoes, jewelry, books, and anything else she knew Lucius and Narcissa would destroy. Before she left though, she wrote a quick letter to Draco, and placed a special silver necklace inside of the envelope with the letter. She then walked to Draco's door, slid the letter under the door, knocked lightly, and left the hallway.
Draco had heard the knock, and when he looked over at the door, he was quick to grab the letter. He opened the envelope and found the necklace and slipped it on, before reading what Celeste had wrote to him. He then ran around his room hiding everything of Celeste, so his parents couldn't destroy it and try to force him to forget about her. He could never forget her, she was his best friend.
Celeste quickly grabbed her things and left the manor, but since she hadn't done her apparating lessons yet, she couldn't apparate. She wouldn't have lessons until after Christmas, which she would share with Oliver and his friends. Celeste waited on the Night Bus, before she decided to stay at the Leaky Cauldron. She couldn't go to anyone or anywhere else, in fear of her aunt and uncle finding her and hurting someone.
Once she was in her room at the Leaky, she quickly wrote letters to Oliver and Mattheo. She explained to Mattheo that she left and she wasn't going back, and she also told him what Ethan did to her. She told Oliver the same, but she told him where she was as well, just in case he wanted to find her. She just hoped she wouldn't be found by anyone else...
