Celeste had recieved a letter the next day from Fred and George telling her the "horrible" news. Apparently the students were stuck at Hogwarts for the Christmas holiday break, because of the Yule Ball. According to the twins, the dance was mandatory for students from a certain year and up. She couldn't remember what years, since she was too busy laughing at the fact that she and Oliver had dodged that bullet by only one year.

Since Oliver had decided to visit, Celeste had decided to take a break from the shop for the day. Lupin was still going in to take inventory and to stock shelves, but other than that, the shop was closed for the day. Celeste had woken Oliver up with breakfast in bed, and after he ate, the two sat in the main room to talk. Oliver told her stories about the people on his team, and Celeste told stories about encounters and such that she had in her shop.

"Oliver, can I ask you something?" She asked, biting her lip,"and I need you to be completely honest with me on your opinion." She said, and he nodded.

"What do you want to know?" He asked, causing her to sigh quietly to herself.

"If you were me, would you reach out to my father to try and get answers, maybe even one day reconcile?" She asked, making him frown.

"Celeste, I know you want answers, and I know you want to see him again, but I don't know if it's a good idea. He left you, and you're finally happy. I think if I were you, I'd leave the idea behind, so you couldn't be hurt again after everything that's happened to you." He replied, causing her to nod.

"You're right, I don't need to let him ruin my happiness; not after everything I did to finally be happy again." She said, and he smiled encouragingly.

Celeste left her head laying against Oliver's shoulder, as she stayed quiet for a moment. The two sat in silence, but the silence was comfortable. Celeste's brain was full of thoughts about everything that could've been if Sirius had never left her. The problem was, with everything that happened to her, she doubted she'd have the same life if it wasn't for him leaving. She may not have ever been with Oliver, but she could've also ended up with Olicer years earlier.

Celeste sadly let her mind wander to everything that happened. She wondered why he left. She wanted to know if it was her fault, or if he disliked her because of who she was. She wondered if maybe he would've loved her if she would've been more like Harry, which made absolutely no sense, since Harry was only a baby and really didn't have any attributes yet. She wondered if Sirius would've loved her if she was someone else's, maybe James's or Lupin's. Sirius just seemed to dislike her because she was his, if she wasn't, maybe he'd actually want to know her and actually love her.

"Why doesn't he want me, Oli?" Celeste asked, looking up at him with watery eyes.

"Oh, Celeste." He murmured, as he wrapped both his arms around her.

He could hear her sniffle a few times, but she never let any tears fall. She refused to cry over a man who had nothing to do with her. He didn't give a damn about her, and so she refused to let him be the reason for her tears. Technically, she was letting him be the reason she was upset, but he wasn't going to be the reason she was crying.

If she heard anymore about Harry Potter, or a mention of him and her father at the same time, she'd probably never be able to hold in her tears, but she was going to try to be strong for now. She had to put on the same emotionless face that she wore when she lived with the Malfoys. She never allowed them to see her cry, the only one who ever seen her cry was Draco, and that was very rare.

The two only cried to each other, they never cried to anyone else. Hell, Celeste was certain that Draco would eventually come to her in tears once again one day. She didn't know if he had any idea where she was, but she had a feeling he knew every pathway to get to her chocolate shop if he ever needed her. She hadn't seen him inside, but she had a feeling he knew exactly where it was and how to find it in a hurry.

A few times she had sent him samples of her chocolate quite a few times, even though she knew if Lucius found out, he'd be livid. What she didn't know was that Draco ate the chocolate with a smile on his face. He'd read the little message she wrote to him, and every time he recieved a new one, he'd put it with the others so he could keep them safe and away from everyone else. He never told his father or mother about the chocolate or the notes, since he didn't want her to get into trouble, and he also didn't want to lose one of the only ways he could hear from her.

He knew he could send her a letter, but it had to be very rarely, and nobody could see him do it. If his father found out, Draco would be punished. Draco loved his cousin though, and he'd protect her like she protected him. One day he'd see her again, and he'd finally be happy and not afraid to say the wrong thing in fear of punishment. Celeste missed him dearly, and she hoped to see him again. She somewhat hoped he'd come into her shop at least once in the future, but she knew it wouldn't be easy, since he had to worry about his safety. She wished she could just punish Lucius for everything the man did to her and to Draco. She would punish him like she would her own father, but she knew her luck to do so would never be that strong and it was disappointing. The only thing that kept even a little hope in her was that one day she'd see Draco again, and she'd be able to protect him like she promised she always would...
