POV 1- HE IS YOUR PROTECTIVE BROTHER

Nagpaalam ka sa kanya para lumabas kasama ang mga kaibigan mo. Pero hindi ka niya pinayagan agad lalo na at nakita niyang maiksi yung suot mo kaya nakiusap ka sa kanya para payagan ka niyang lumabas. Nakapagpaalam ka na rin sa mga magulang niyo na lalabas ka at pinayagan ka naman nila dahil may tiwala sila sayo.

"Kuya, please allow me to go out with my friends. We're only having a movie date." You told him. "Movie date? Look at what you're wearing. Magbihis ka. That is too short. Wear pants instead. Hindi kita papayagang umalis unless you dress properly." He told you. "Kuya naman. Okay naman to e." Pangangatwiran mo. "No. Change your clothes." He said. Pero kuya—"

Bago mo pa matapos ang sasabihin mo, nagsalita na siya.

"Magbibihis ka o hindi kita papayagang umalis?" He said. "Okay chill kuya don't be mad. Magbibihis na." You told him.

Pagkatapos mong magbihis bumaba ka para ipakita sa kanya ang suot mo.

"Kuya? Okay na ba to?" You asked him. "Yeah. Ako na maghahatid sayo. Where's your meeting place?" Tanong niya sayo. "In McDonald's kuya. Sa mall." You answered. "Sasama ako." He said. "Kuya, we are all girls. Nothing bad will happen to us." You told him. "Oh c'mon, Francheska Louise Araneta Marcos. How can you be so sure? Whether you like it or not, I will go with you." He told you. "Kuya, you will not love the movie." You told him. "What movie are you going to watch ba?" He asked. "50 first dates." You answered. "Ooh, sounds interesting. Sige I'll watch the movie too."  He said. "You sure kuya? Baka ma- bore ka." You told him. "Yeah I'm sure. Why? You don't want to have a movie date with your kuya?" He asked you. "No, its not that. Its just that, my friends. They might tell me that I am bringing my chaperone with me." You answered. "Chaperone? Cheska, you're  just 16. Ano ka ba. You're still a minor. For us you're still our baby girl. Hindi ako papayag na umalis ka mag isa." He told you.

Wala ka nang nagawa kundi hayaan na lang siyang sumama sayo sa mall. Pagdating mo sa mall nakatanggap ka ng mensahe mula sa mga kaibigan mong hindi matutuloy ang movie date ninyo.

Bigla kang nalungkot nang mabasa mo ang mensaheng iyon mula sa kanila. Napansin iyon ni kuya Sandro mo.

"O, baby girl, what happened? Why did you became sad all of a sudden?" He asked you. "Movie date cancelled." You answered. He hugged you. "Don't be sad na. Nandito naman ako. Tayo na lang ang manood. Ayaw mo nun, makakapagbonding tayong dalawa without your kuya Simon and kuya Vincent knowing? Besides, I hate seeing you cry, remember?" He reminded you. "Kuya, why are you so protective? Like I'm sixteen and yet you still treat me like I'm a five year old girl who always cry whenever I am left at home with our maids and bodyguards?" You asked him. "Because  you are our forever baby. And everyone in the family don't want to see you cry." He told you. "Well, we better go to the ticket booth now 'cause I think the movie that we're going to watch is about to be shown in the next one hour. Let's go." He added.

After two hours, you're on your way home already. Your dad and mom were so worried about you and your kuya Alexander.

"Hi mom, hi dad!" You greeted them. Sumunod namang bumati sa kanila ang kuya mo. "Good evening mom, good evening dad." Your brother greeted. "O good evening too to the both of you." Bati sa inyo ni mommy Liza niyo. "Kumusta yung movie date?" Tanong ni daddy Bongbong. " I had fun dad. I was supposed to go with my friends kaso ayaw po akong payagan ni kuya." You told him. "Dad, how will I allow her? Her skirt is too short. Besides, paano kung bastusin siya doon?" Depensa ng kuya mo."O yun naman pala e. Your kuya is just protecting you doon sa posibilidad na baka mabastos ka. Ano pang nangyari?" Tanong ni daddy Bongbong. "Sumama siya sa kin dad. And na- cancel yung movie date namin ng mga friends ko. Hindi sila dumating." Sabi mo. "Kung hindi kita sinamahan kanina, malamang tulala ka doon maghapon." Sabi ni kuya Sandro mo. "Kuya thank you, ha. I hope you had fun. I hope you enjoyed watching the movie with me."  You told him. "Of course, minsan lang tayo nakapagbonding nang walang bodyguards. At minsan lang din tayo makapag movie date without your two other kuyas. Wala akong kaagaw sa atensyon mo." He told you. "Kuya, I never knew na possessive ka din pala." You told him. "Sometimes." He said.

"You're so unfair hindi niyo kami sinamang dalawa." Your kuya Simon suddenly spoke. "Sana all talaga nakakapag-movie date."  Saad naman ng kuya  Vincent mo.

"Bawi kayo next time. Si kuya Alexander lang ang nandito e. Kaya siya lang ang nakasama ko. Mga busy kasi kayo." You told them. "You should've let us know. Sana nakasunod kami." Your kuya Simon said. "Susunod? Sure ka kuya?" You asked. "O, tama na yan. Baka mamaya magkapikunan pa kayo." Suway ni mommy Liza sa inyo. "Better join us for dinner." Sabi ni daddy Bongbong. At sabay sabay kayong pumunta sa kusina para kumain.

"Kuya sands, thank you for today. I hope this will not be the last. I love you, bro." You told your brother. "No worries, baby. All for you." He told you. "Sige na, finish your food." Dagdag pa niya. And you continued eating.

Pagkatapos niyong kumain, you went your room to take some rest. Before you could close the door, your brothers suddenly came in.

"O kuyas. You need anything from your bunso?" You asked them. "We just wanna say good night to our bunso." Your kuya Simon said. "Okay po. Good night to the three of you." You answered. They quickly came closer to you and they kissed you on your forehead. "Tulog ka na, ha." Your kuya Vincent said. "Yes po." You said. Pagkatapos nilang magpaalam sayo, sunod na pumasok sa kwarto mo sina daddy Bongbong at mommy Liza. 

"Bunso, are you still awake?" Mommy Liza asked. "Yes mom. Patulog pa lang po ako." You answered. "Anak? Did you enjoyed your movie date with your kuya Sandro?" Tanong ni daddy Bongbong."Sobra po akong nag- enjoy kasama si kuya. Kahit na minsan napakaprotective niya at minsan may mga pagkakataon na naiinis ako, I love the way he treats me. Napakaswerte talaga ng magiging jowa ni kuya." I told them. "Talaga. O sige good night na anak. Matulog ka na." Sabi nila sa akin.

I closed the door and I turned off the lights and went to my bed to sleep.
