Chapter 23

It's Jennie's concert!

Lisa grins in front of her mirror, she texted Jennie that she's getting ready for her flight when in fact she's getting ready for the concert. Her brown doe eyes hid behind cute glasses she ask Caela to prepare for her. She's disguised under a baggy black hoodie and black sweatpants, she also wore the wig she used back when she filmed her dance video.

Wearing a white mask and black cap, Lisa take a last look at her vanity mirror before nodding in satisfaction. She doesn't look bad in fact Lisa thinks she looks quite cute, totally praiseworthy. Before her head could even grow bigger, Lisa exited her hotel room and texted Caela that she's leaving. 

She rented a car for thus surprise, since the concert will be ending the same time she need to get to the airport for her flight, Lisa can't spare any time.

Well, Lisa hope she could at least kiss her girlfriend goodbye since the brunette actress will be returning a day after Lisa's departure.

So with that in mind, Lisa drive her way to the venue, even brought a bouquet of flower for her beautiful girlfriend.

Arriving to the huge arena, Lisa gulp a mouthful, she can feel her heart beat in adrenaline. Concert always feel like this, she wonders. The atmosphere surrounding the huge arena is like a thick air of excitement and exhilaration.

She parked her car outside and decided to roam around. It's around 6PM so it's not that dark outside yet, but the people who came to watch the concert all lined up to enter the huge arena makes Lisa's heart warm in adoration.

She can see Jennie's fan- a fan just like her who's excited to see their idol. 3 months from now and she would've been reacting the same- but then again, Lisa never came to any of Jennie's concert even before.

It's no doubt that Lisa's admiration for the actress goes beyond the moon. She even went as far as buying a hundred of the brunette's solo album the moment Jennie debuted as a singer. It was her own saving, Lisa can even remember how she tightened her budget up to afford it, after all, a piece of an idol album as popular as Kim Jennie is no cheap price what more a hundred of it.

That's how supportive of a fan the blonde is. She goes through lengths just to support her idol, now seeing Jennie's success, it just really warms her heart. She follow Jennie's growth, seeing the brunette get this successful, she also feel the reward from it.

Before the blonde starts tearing up she left the entrance lane and proceeds to where Chahee told her she could enter.

It was the backstage.

Wearing a backstage pass, Lisa grins to herself while observing everything around her. She's been in a concert before, hired as photographer, Lisa's not new to the sight around her but... seeing all the materials that they'll put for the stage where Kim Jennie will perform? Not only does it feel new- it makes Lisa swell in pride.

"Miss, fans can't wander around her. Please go back." A man wearing a hoodie with a 'staffmember' text in its back stop Lisa from going in further.

"Uh... I have a backstage pass?" Showing the pass Chahee gave her, the man weirdly look at her, inspecting the item.

He sighs, "Although you say that, you look like a suspicious person, Miss. Can you show me your citizen I.d?" The man asked making Lisa sigh. The concert is a big deal, Lisa guess it can't be helped since it's for security measurements.

So she took her wallet out of her bag and show the man her Korean Citizen I.d.

"Manobal Lalisa?" It's not the first time that stranger mispronounced her surname but it's just really frustrating hearing it wrongly, y'know.
