Elizabeth and Karl had ended up in the centre of the room as they danced, many stopped to watch the pair, they seemed an unstoppable dance couple, each move gliding swiftly into the next, complete trust in the as Karl span her around, her red dress fanning out causing a clap from their audience at her beautiful the design was.

Elizabeth spotted her nieces as she was gliding around the room, all 3 had a man waltzing them around the room and they would smile at each other whenever they caught each other's eye.
Elizabeth was rarely looking away though her attention was solely focused on the man before her, this was a side of him she never would have guessed existed, let alone the fact she'd be witnessing it. It felt right,
Her heels made her around the same height as him so trying to escape his gaze was completely out of the question, she could see his eyes better now, if Elizabeth wasn't so focused on where she had to step next to dance, she could've got lost in them, the scars on his face gave him character, she didn't want to take her eyes off of him.

"Having fun yet my Liebling?" His voice pulled her away from her trance and she smiled as he spun her out and then back into his arms. There was that word again.

"Of course" The woman confirmed and kept on dancing.

The song ended and the pair bowed to each other, Elizabeth's courtesy  going all the way to the floor and she rose back up gracefully, a hard thing to do especially in heels, it earned an even bigger applause much to the woman's delight.

Heisenberg held his arm out to the woman and she swiftly linked him as they exited the dance floor. Karl took them in the direction of the drinks table, obviously.
He grabbed a full glass bottle of scotch and started drinking, they had a much more alcoholic tolerance than normal people meaning it took a lot of drink for an effect to start to take place.
"A glass of red wine, please . " Elizabeth asked the bar maiden "Not the special kind though" she quickly added, she didn’t fancy accidentally digesting blood this evening.

"My, my, my what a performance!" Alcina complimented as she approached the pair, they both looked up at the woman, a glass of special wine in her grasp.

"Well, the party needed some entertainment," Karl responded snarkily before taking a swig of his drink.

Elizabeth thanked the barmaid for her drink and turned back to the conversation.
"It truly is a lovely ball Alcina." Elizabeth complimented earning a smile from the woman.

"But of course, anything for my daughters. Also, thank you for the gifts the rubies were divine."

"Only the best for my nieces."

A cough interrupted the three and they turned to see a rather dapper-looking gentleman standing there.

"Dimitri." Elizabeth greeted taking a sip of her drink.

"I was wondering Miss Claydon- if it wasn't too inappropriate- if you would do me the honour of a dance?"

Elizabeth stopped for a moment and thought about it, Dimitri stood there silent as a mouse, he was in the presence of three of the five Lords, and he was asking one of the for a dance, not something one does lightly.
The young man watched as the lady gulped down her wine in one and place the glass down.

"I can't refuse the man who helps me around the house." Elizabeth laughed lightly and started to walk towards the dance floor, Dimitri scurrying behind.

The music plays and the two began to dance.

"Jesus I'm gonna need another drink," Heisenberg mumbled as he watched the two walk away to the dance floor.
"Is that jealousy dear brother?" Alcina snorted at the look on the smaller man's face.

"Zip it giant" The man grumbled before walking off, scotch in hand as he found a seat.

It set something off inside of him watching Elizabeth dance with that man, he had no clue who he was but he didn't like him at all. He was only her waist just like he did and spinning her like he did, the only difference was... she wasn't smiling like she did when she was dancing with him.

"Why so down Metal Man." A childish voice perked up and Heisenberg looked to see Angie floating about next to him, before spotting Donna lurking in a corner.

"None of your business puppet." He snapped at the doll, she got on his nerves to an extreme level, the voice along with the fact she liked to float everywhere wasn't something that made Karl exactly, happy.

"Ooooo is some jealous." Angie tormented again, now she was really getting under his skin. He shot a look at Donna telling her to make Angie back off, and she did, opening her arms so that the doll could jump into her arms.

"So Dimitri..." Elizabeth started "how does it feel to have a night off?"

"Amazing because I'm spending it with you."

Elizabeth was thrown off by the response but she still mustered a smile, an awkward one but still a smile.
At one point during the dance, Elizabeth saw Dimitri look over to a small group of other men and give them a wink.

"What was that about." She asked mid-twirl, it was a strange action and she hadn't done anything flirtatious for him to wink about.

"Oh, nothing."

His tone was not convincing whatsoever and frankly, it put a downer on Elizabeth's mood, it didn't upset her, just annoyed her, and that made her more frustrated because she didn't want anything ruining her night.
The song eventually ended much to Elizabeth's joy and she did a quick bow before scanning the room quickly trying to find Heisenberg.

"Come join us." Dimitri motioned towards his small group and Elizabeth politely declined, until he asked again and got a not-so-nice decline.
"Dimitri unless you want to be scrubbing toilets for a week you'll shut up."

That did indeed shut him up and he walked back over to his friends defeated.
