" Oh, here you are, have you forgotten that we have a face off with the judges that will earn us to have a barbeque?" Eugene came and sat with us. The other two were also with him.
" Miki told me to tell you that we make sure we crush the hell out of them. She also suggested that we try challenging them to sing gospel songs from Africa." That was Tem talking.
" I don't think they will accept being that we have an African native to our advantage." Cai said.
"But I don't come from the whole of Africa. We have like fifty or so countries in that continent and more than a thousand plus languages. I am multilingual but not with the African languages." I said
" it will not kill us to challenge them to that." Korn said," we can always listen to their opinion. Also, I suggest we request that judge Jennie should be the one to judge us being that she is a resident judge,"
" I am not confident about her being the judge. The group leaders to be the judges." I said.
" We understand your fears but remember, if we win, the judges will be treating all the contestants so that means that the group leader might be bias." Tem said.
" I really am not sure if the distinguished judges will accept our challenge but let's just go and try." I said as we started to walk towards the auditorium. The other contestants were already settled. The eliminated ones had already left. One of the officials came to ask us to go and meet the judges so as to come up with the plan of action for our face off. As we were heading there, I got a call from Tae and I decided to answer it being that the whole day today I did not concentrate with it. I knew that the others might have complained to him.

" Hi bro. I am sorry, I was really caught up with the activities of the day, I didn't have time to answer the phone. As we are speaking now, I am heading to a face off with the judges." I said and then took a long breather.
" Hey stupid, are you trying to break a record of talking without breathing. I was told that you guys became the best so Christmas you will be at the SM entertainment company for the NCT party. I am happy for you sister. Those guys throw the best parties." He said.
" Wow, I guess you have your own informers here ha!"
" You have forgotten that Lucas and Ten Chittaphon Leechaiyapornkul are there."
" What's up with Lucas and you calling P' Ten with the hard names."
" It is fun and it is kind of our thing, he never complains so we always take it that he doesn't mind. Anyway, what is the face off all about and what is at stake?" Tae asked.
" Oh, the judges challenged the winning team to a face off of any category and if we win, we will be treated to a barbeque buffet." I said happily," we are heding to discuss the songs to be performed and the judging criteria."
"Mmhh, anything for free meat is worthy. Try and exclude the Korean judges and then go for their strong point, ballad. With that, you will not be disadvantaging them in anyway. Also, don't sing ballads from China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Thailand or even Korea. Go for Japan. Pick a Korean team that sings Japanese ballads. Tell them that you both sing two ballads and then do a collaboration, with that, they will not be able to pin you down that you cheated ." Tae said.
" We wanted to challenge them to sing gospel songs but your idea is also perfect." I said while thinking about the said plan.
" It was Kihyun who gave me the idea. Jackson posted about the happening in our chat room and it happened that Kihyun and I.M were following the happenings. Anyway, let me give you time to go and wow them with the idea. By the way, I expect to get a share of the cash prize from JJ, ok beloved sister? Hwaiting !" Tae said and then hanged up.

" Lensah, they are waiting for your contribution. They are having a heated debate. Whose idea was is it of singing gospel songs?" That was Ten who I think was sent being that he was an assistant.
" Hahaha, I knew the idiots will go with idea blindly like that. It was Miki." And with that we busted out laughing as we headed in.

They bought the idea that Tae suggested and we settled for TOHOSHINKI. This is the Japanese name for the Korean boy band under SM entertainment company locally known as TVXQ or DBSK. This a special group that is even more popular in Japan than here in Korea thus they have so many ballads sung in Japanese. We chose to sing Bolero and Asu wa kuru Kara while the judges chose Forever love and loving you. I knew we were in a hot soup being that their song was very easy to work with. As for the collaboration, we went for WHY DID I FALL IN LOVE WITH YOU. they even praised my creativity when I said that I thought about this being that we are sad that our Japanese member was eliminated, so this was like a good bye dedication to her.

" Mom, this was not your brain work, right?" Cai came and sat next to me as a waited for the face off to start.
" Nothing can pass your keen eyes right. Yes, it is not mine, it is Kihyun who thought of it." I said while still thinking of this genius that I am acquainted to.
" Seriously Lensah, how long did you use to come up with this expensive plan. Wow, hats off!" Jackson came and stood infront of me," so today you are forcing me to sing a ballad. Seriously, you are evil... Or is it the personal beef that you have started stiring already."
" It's just the love for my Japanese comrade  that has pushed me to think of this. I know she will get to watch it so, we have to send her off in style. As for the beef, seriously Wang, how dare you look down on my ability to make you suffer. You have the voice to sing a ballad so stop complaining. Should you be warming up or something?" I said as I push him back to were the judges were," hey Lucas, put a leash on him or something, least you start looking for him because he is lost." That statement made everyone around there to start laughing at Jackson
" Nice one Lensah.. don't worry, I will tie him with a rope like a dog." That was Mark as he raised his hands to high five with me," good luck with the challenge and please don't embarrass us on stage, we are your seniors in the industry remember."
" As you say, sensei or is it sunbae!" I said as I  bowed then I went back to my team. They were sharing the parts. Cai was in charge of that. We were out to make history, and we were geared fully for the task.
