SEVENTY SEVEN

We decided to sing while sitting on a couch and also, Cai was to sing the high notes while Korn was the bass and also the instruments assisted by Eugene. They were good at hitting the very low keys. During the practise, we went with the pentatonic version of the song that took almost seven minutes. We also agreed that we were to accept the outcome being that we were born ready, that was our slogan. Tem was to shout the colour of our team, and then we shout,BORN READY!!! The practice wa not that intensive being that it was acapella so no excessive energy wa required. By 12:00 pm we were through with it. We decided to fool around with the piano, as we covered acapella versions to different musicians.
" Hey guys, why don't we harmonize thirty different songs within four minutes. The secret is just coming up with the song that can fit the melody of the first song." Eugene said.
"Oh no, look at our Eugene-shii coming up with good ideas..." I said as I went and ruffle his hair.
" Oi dudette, not the hair... You are messing my hairdo!" He said as he bend down not allowing me to continue touching the hair."
" Hahaha, now this is new. When did you start talking using that slang bro?" Cai said as he came where Eugene and I were standing.
" He has always been talking like that, it is just that he doesn't do it so often." Tem said and then went to the piano and played a tune that I really was missing, and it also made me miss my family here in Korea being that we always sang the song....

As owe ended our perfectly harmonized choir performance, we had claps behind us. Apparently we had an audience but we were too busy to notice them.
"Gege Kun, I was looking for you. I guess I left the door to your studio open that is why there are lots of people here." Liang Zi said as he approached Cai who wa just looking at him strangely. I guess it wa because the boy was in a panic mood and was speaking very fluent Chinese. Cai was not used to speaking Chinese here especially after Aggie went away.  I was very eager to hear him answer the boy of which he never disappointed me. He answered in Chinese assuring the boy that it was not a big deal. Tem then stood from the piano and went to chase the audience.
"P' Tem right? You guys know that people are having lunch right and at this rate you will miss it." One of the girls told Tem in Thai.
"Thank you for alerting us. " And with that, the door was closed again." We should rap up our practice and head out for lunch."
" I am not hungry really. Oh Liang, why are you here again?" I asked innocently as I approached the boy who was kind of nervous.
" Gege Kun has promised to help me with my computer so I wanted to ask when I was to bring it to him." Liang said and then looked down.
" Oh, only that, I thought you were a spy who came to steal our tactics" I said and then moved to him, looking him in the face," are you?"
" Oh, sister Lensah, I am not a spy, even ask Gege Kun, right gege?" The boy said as he moved closer to Cai who was now laughing so much.
" Hey Lensah, leave the poor boy alone. Nong Liang, P'Lensah is just joking with you. It's ok, be free to talk to tour gege Kun. And you girl, come,let's leave these chinese brothers to talk." Korn said as he came to literally force me out of the room.
"But...but..." I tried resisting of which it was futile
" No buts, let's go and fatten you up..." Korn said as he pushed me out after a lot of struggle. Tem and Eugene were behind us just laughing at the scene.
" Now,now Ai Lensah, you can't leave your child to stay away from you for just a little bit. Let him bond with his country man." Tem said as he came to hug me.
" Plus, you really made the boy scared just now." Eugene added." But it was cute to see." We all laughed and then entered the cafeteria which by now was so full that you could not spot at any of the tables.
" Why don't you serve the food for me and little Cai as I try to find a place to sit. " I told the three and walked to find a place.
