"Well well well...! If it isn't my so called African friend who apparently decided to go back to their country without even saying a bye..." You could have guessed by now whose wierd greetings these were. Lucas decided to pay me an annoying visit while I was backstage after the performance of Miki and the rest. I wanted to talk to Miki because I just realised that the girl was very determined to go back home to Japan so much that she just threw the towel in the middle of the competition like really, who does that.? Really.
" Lucas... Long time no see. I was really wondering when I will officially see you and hug you. I have really missed you. How many years has it been. Even a hello via Facebook and now you are bragging how you are my beloved friend. At this rate, with friends like you, who needs enemies in this world." I said and then smiled sweetly at him.
"Typical Lensah. Really I am not shocked when when you through your replies right left and center. I guess that is what makes us friends. Anyway, damn girl, I see that you are a really new Lensah flowing with talent galour. How did you hear about this contest?" Lucas asked after hugging me. At this time we were seated a little far from the other contestants who threw glances at us.
" I guess you don't know this but Taemin and Kai, your counterparts in SuperM are my brothers. Ten is my friend through them." I said while playing around with the tie that was on my hand.
"Wow, that is huge. You know there was this time that I had the two, Taemin and Kai talk about their sister in Africa. I remember even joking that they were just making up stories. Then Ten told me about this sister of Tae that is multitalented and is from Africa. He even said that he had met you and you were to religious for life. That is when I started having a feeling that it must be you. I mean you are the only African Korean girl I know that is multitalented like that." Lucas said and then looked me direct in the eyes," I am not just saying this as a judge. I know that most of the performance were arranged by you. I also think the handsome Chinese kid in your group is multitalented as you."
" Oh, now is this not a miracle that the Lucas of NCT just praised me non stop about my talent. Gosh! I am having goosebumps already." I said as I looked down. It really meant so much coming from him, the biggest perfectionist I know after Kihyun that is.
" I sense some changes with you, what really happened to you for all this while and if my memory is not lying to me, I remember Wang telling me that you went back to your country. When I was recruited as a trainee by SM entertainment, immediately I arrived Seoul, I wanted to look for you and give you back your medallion that I took. Wang also told me that you were really quarreled by your mother about loosing it. I knew that if you knew that it was me, you would have hated me. I even felt that it was the reason that you never told me when you left China." Lucas told me. This reminded of the earful I got from mother because of the medallion. I don't believe that Jackson knew that it was this idiot that took it but he never told me about it.
" First of all, you owe me so much. Can you believe I looked for the medallion like crazy. My mother took that advantage and quarreled me, so much that I was afraid of coming back to Korea, just picturing the angry face of my mother. Wang never told me, fucking idiot even pretended to feel sorry for me. I am waiting for him, he will.."
" Don't blame him, I told him later after you left Korea. He told me how your mother was angry. I am sorry. I guess, even though I was making your performance a living hell, I knew I had to iron out the hate you had for me." Lucas said," I was not sure it was you that Ten was talking about so I never carried the medallion with me but I know that now that I know that when Tae is not at home, he is with you, I will bring it one of this fine days."
" It's ok. You can keep it. I know it has brought some good luck in your life. I have been following your life as a K-pop star, no scandals or anything so... I hope your stupid anger has subdue." I said, " I was not angry at you, I was just..."
" Well well well, at last they have met. I hope that beef between has been eaten already. I was getting afraid. Sorry to cut short your reunion but dude, we need to leave. I am tired." That was Jackson who came and sat with us.
"Now the beef is between you and me. How can you know that this idiot took my medallion and you never told me.." I said
" He had it but you had already left, even if I told you, there could be no change really. Mama already quarreled you, you cried yourself to sleep and..." Jackson said savagely. He had this grin on his face that was really annoying
"Ok... No need of recreating the day again maliciously like that Oppa!" I said while looking at him pleadingly.
" Now this is a new one, I wish Tuan was here to witness our Lensah calling me Oppa, where is this brat when I need him." Jackson said smiling.
" I was wondering why my hiccuping is not going away, this idiot is the one calling me all the time. Can you not stay away from me even for one minute without seeing me." Mark said, " Lensah, you look tired come I give you a hug."  I did not need to be told this twice. I just found my body taking itself to Mark who really hugged me tightly ," you did well today. I am proud of you rafiki yangu." He said as he patted me on the back.
" When did these two become this close Jackson?" Lucas asked looking at me and Mark.
" My dear friend, don't ask. This girl is a celebrity in her own level, trust me, Mark is just among the huge K-pop stars that she knows. You will come to know it one day. Can you imagine that she owns one of the most expensive houses in..."
" Jackson Wang, do you know that I have missed talking to mum so much. I guess I should say hi to this heavenly Chinese mother of mine." I had to cut Jackson short before he told Lucas about my hidden life out here. I said this after leaving Mark's arms and walked to Jackson while holding my phone in a way to threaten him.
" Hahahaha, that never fails anytime. Seriously Wang, you are still afraid of your mother even though she is miles away..." Lucas said in a mocking tone.
" She is far but true me bro, technology is real. Sorry Lensah, pardon my stupidity. There is no need of disturbing mum now, she is cooking for her boyfriend. Let me treat you to some froyo... Jungkook told me that they have a very good place here for that." Jackson stood as he reached for my phone.." vanilla flavor right. Oh, good, I see little Cai, I will go with him so that he brings it to you as we leave."and with that the coward left .
" That one never grows old really, hahaha, so the little Cai is the Chinese boy in your group.?" Lucas asked.  As of now, I was seated between him and Mark.
"Yes. That is my Chinese baby. I babysat him when he was young and in vacation here in Korea with his family. By the way, it is just that the school was in charge of organising the host families back then because I could have gone to stay with them while in China." I said." I met Mark in Kenya and since then we became friends. Mark, I met him while I was in China at Jackson's home. They were friends since childhood. I guess that is the far I go with the introduction." I said just to remove the akward silence between us.
" By the way, just about the competition, how was the punishment group created because that team is a pro team. I noticed the Japanese threw away her chance of remaining but even if she didn't, she was not as powerful in her performance like the two Thai boys." Lucas asked.
" We are all friends, we met the first day in the competition and we have been close since then. During class, we were making noise, so we were punished thus the punishment group was created. Tem and I went for elimination the first time so we are not that good." I said.
" Little Cai was a group leader in the previous team right." Mark asked
" Yes, a bad one at that. He never went for meetings until they look for him. He could just go and sit when they are practicing but still dance more powerful than them or decide to come up with a choreography that was so hard for them and force them to master. His team has always been among the best but I know they are happy he left the group. Korn was also a group leader, a humble one at that." I said purposely leaving out about me being a forced leader.
" How is it that your pink girls team lost so many members along the competition?" Lucas asked. " They are remaining only two members."
" The group was not united from the start. The pioneer leader was just a bitter bitch who was out to take revenge on me for something that happened while in high school. Yes, she was the school head counsellor that loves Jimin so much but hated that we use to hung out with Jimin so she never spoke her heart to the now famous BTS Jimin. I became a leader from a bet. So we had so much drama that cost us so many members." I said sadly. I didn't know what they were planning to do with the group like that with only two members.
" They will be regrouping the contestants but without touching the punishment group as from the agreement during the judgement table. '' Mark said while looking at me. How was he able to know what I was thinking.
" You will be the only girl among four boys. You know it will be a challenge." Lucas told me, looking at me with concern
"Don't worry, our Lensah is powerful. There are some of the boys in that team that cannot equal her vigor. I have seen it. The secret is to just do boy band group choreography. When doing girls' choreography, it be a dance that the boys will also dance like girls, not only her except when they are telling a story, that will be a different story." Ten was the one who talked behind us. " Her team members are accommodative from the looks of things and I guess that little Cai and her are the brains behind their groups choreography so she will survive. The problem will happen when they are separating them because there is a bond that the five come with on the stage that was not present with the Miki girl that was eliminated. Do you know that the boys in the team can hit higher notes than Lensah? Our girl will be fine." Ten came and squeezed himself between Lucas and I and then took my head and put it on his shoulder." You had a long day today, sleep for a while."
" How did you know that I needed a shoulder?" I asked removing my head so as to look at him. Yes, I needed that shoulder but how did this Thai boy know that.
" Don't be shocked, that is how Ten Chittaphon Leechaiyapornkul is, he tends to pickup insightful things that normal people usually don't. Anyway, where were you?" Lucas said
" Damn, did you have to call my full name. Remember I came as your personal assistant so I had to do something with the officials and also see into the payment logistics. Oh, they are asking when we will be going back, remember we have a NCT meeting tomorrow and a face off with the punishment team being that they have won most of the categories." Ten answered and then returned my head on the shoulders.
" All of you? Damn, you are so many, can you even meet in a house or you sit outside." Mark spoke out.
" Yes, all the sub- units, we are always so many and we don't meet so often so I tend to forget the young ones though there is Chenle who always makes your you feel his presence." Lucas said.
"We never see that we are many, it feels nice when we all meet because I enjoy the noise from the young members."
" Damn, for us we are only seven but the chaotic life of GOT7 is enough to drive you nuts,especially him. I think you should adopt him." Mark said while looking at the direction of Jackson coming our way.
" No thank you. Even free, we too many already and we have so many mischievous kids in NCT , thank you!" Ten said.
" Why are you guys looking at me like that. Did Tuan say something bad about me?" Jackson asked as he gave me a tub of froyo.
" Seriously, you only bought for Lensah alone... How evil..." Lucas had to cut his shinning short after seeing little Cai struggling to hold five tubs of froyo
" Uncle Jackson you are evil, how can you carry only one tub while leaving me to carry the rest even yours?" Little Cai complained as he reached, handing over the froyo to Mark who helped to share it among the rest.
" Little Cai, you talk as if you are meeting me for the first time. Ask your mother, evilness is my DNA..." This comment made everyone there to agree in unison.

After the brief introduction of Lucas to Cai, we continue eating our froyo as we talked about random things. It was after a call from the officials that Lucas, Jackson,Ten and Mark left, promising to keep in touch.

" Has Miki already left?" I asked little Cai who nodded sadly. " Did she say anything?"
" Only that she will be coming for the promised trips and gifts and also that she will keep in touch. She left her Line." Cai said.
