When we we're in grade school, I've already noticed Lily's beauty, the day she shyly stepped on our classroom,her cuteness already stunned me.

Her simplicity,stunned me,she's just a simple girl with a good heart, I remember how she cries when someone is bullying her,and making fun of her old uniform.

"Look at her!her uniform is so old na!unlike ours,it's new" a random girl said while pointing at Lily's uniform.

"Yeah!her uniform is so ew!look at my uniform!it's new!mommy bought it for me." the friend of the random girl said

Lily begun to cry secretly,hindi man niya pinapakita ang mga luha niya,I can still see how she wipe her tears away using the back of her palm.

"Look at Lily,she's crying" Brian beside me,whispered.

I looked at her behind my seat, and she really is crying,hindi ko alam kung dapat ko ba siyang puntaan o hindi.

My eyes widened when Bruce stood up from his seat and walked towards Lily's seat and sit beside her.

"Sshh,stop crying na,you are still beautiful even if your uniform is not new" he said comforting her

An unfamiliar feeling hit my heart, since I'm a kid back then,I still didn't know what I felt that time, I still didn't know why it feels like someone pinched my heart seeing him comforting her,but now,I know what I've felt that time, jealousy.

I was jealous how he rubbed her back,I was jealous how she leaned her head on Bruce's shoulder, I was jealous how he made her comfortable,I was jealous how she smiled because of Bruce.

And that's what happened on our first day at school with Lily,I begun to be jealous because of Bruce.

The next day of our first week in class in grade five,while my driver is driving me to school,I saw Lily on the street walking,and base on her outfit, she's also going to school.

So I tapped my driver's shoulder, he quickly look at me through the rear view mirror of the car.

"Yes sir?"he asked

"Manong,isabay na po natin si Lily, she's my friend po" I said politely as I pointed to Lily outside the car.

"Pero sir,baka po pagalitan tayo ng mommy mo" manong said with unsurance on his voice.

"It's okey po manong,ako nalang po ang magsasabi kay mommy na I'm the one whi suggested for her na isabay dito sa kotse" I explained as I looked at him with my puppy eyes.

Manong chuckled nervously before nodding his head and stopping the car beside Lily.

Binuksan ko ang pinto ng kotse at kaagad na bumaba,I saw how Lily nervously looked at me and stepped back.

"Hey,don't be scared of me,my name is Dave,classmate mo rin ako" I said and passed my hand to her

"A-ah,my n-name is L-Lily"she shyly accepted my hand and shake it with hers before she quickly let's go.

"Gusto mo bang sumabay na samin?"I asked

She quickly shook her head "Ayaw, baka magalit si mama" she said nervously

I laugh "Don't worry,me and manong won't eat you,right manong?" I said then looked at manong driver.

Manong laugh before nodding his head.

"See?come on,sabay kana samin, para hindi kana malate" I incourage

Kahit na nag aalangan,ay tumango nalang siya.

I smiled "Let's go,pasok ka" I let her in the car first before I stepped in and close the door. "Put on your seatbuilt" I said guiding her.

"Hindi ko alam kung paano" she said.
