We all headed back to the Pokémon Center, both to rest and for me to heal up Pikachu and Garchomp. We're about halfway there right now, I carried Pikachu in my arms since he was still hurt. A light snow had begun to fall.

Man, 2 Gym Badges now. That's insane! And once Hector prepares a little bit more for Candace, he'll have 2 Badges too. I think Marcus said he was gonna challenge the Gyms too, but wanted to have a full team first. I don't know, I can't remember. Well when he does, I'll be excited to see it.

"Has your mom texted you back yet about the battle?" Halt asks.

"Not yet, she's probably busy or watching it right now."

"Well then, hope she likes what she sees. You all did pretty good back there, even at a huge disadvantage with Garchomp." Hector said.

Garchomp huffed at him.

"Aye, he knows 2 Fire type moves now. Dragon types tend to learn moves to counter their type disadvantages."

That was when my phone buzzed violently in my pocket. Wow, timing. I took out my phone and saw that I had a new text message, guess there was no signal in the Gym. Not like we're in an alternate dimension or anything and it shouldn't even be working. I opened the texts.

"Oh my God is your little yellow buddy okay?!"

A fair question to ask.

"Yeah mom. Don't worry, we're headed somewhere where he can be all healed up, he'll be okay."

I sent the message to her.

"Can't believe my phone actually works here, being in another dimension and all-"

Suddenly the feeling of being watched hit me, making me stop dead in my tracks and look over my shoulder, even Garchomp stopped walking as well and looked back. But we both saw nothing and no one, just snow covered trees and big snow piles. But I can't shake the feeling, it's so strong.

"Sera, what's wrong?" Marcus asked.

"I feel like we're being watched..."

My friends looked in the direction Garchomp and I were facing, seeing nothing as well.

"There's no one there though. Come on, maybe you're just hungry. Let's go get something to eat at the Pokémon Center."

Gee Marcus, way to doubt me. I growled under my breath and we kept going. Okay, I AM a bit hungry, but hunger never influences my gut feeling. No pun intended. The fact he doesn't listen is what really irritates me sometimes.

But whatever.

My friends and I got some food that the Pokémon center provided, steaming hot as it was made fresh. It all smelled sooooo good, it made our mouths water. Since this universe doesn't have our usually preferred foods, we went for what we thought was good.

Marcus and Ben got rice cakes and tomato soup, Halt got vegetable stew, Hector got Sushi and I got crisp croquettes. The guys can have their food, I ain't a big fan of any food I have to drink or any meat that ISN'T cooked. So I went for croquettes as it's something I've never tried before, and so far they're freaking AMAZING. Definitely gonna try some when we go home.

"Mmm this sushi is awesome." Hector said after he swallowed.

I gave him a disgusted look and shuddered.

"Ewww, you can have that."

"What, you don't like fish?" Ben asks.

"Oh no I LOVE fish, just not RAW fish. Or soup/stew for that matter, I'm like my grandfather on that front. Food is for eating, not drinking."
