Hello again! Ok so I'm finally onto Nya! Just so you know I will explain why Nya and Kai aren't around each other in this chapter and why Kai thinks he has no family.

Nya

After Fire had gone off looking for Earth, Nya had decided to just head home. Nya had originally told her parents that she had gone to study with Pixal so she decided to switch out of her gi on the way there so she could walk home without any trouble. Once she arrived, she knocked on the door.

Nya's dad opened the door and smiled. "Welcome back Nya. How was studying at Pixal's?" He asked as he let her in.

"Studying was fine, dad. Is dinner ready?" Nya asked with anticipation. Her dad laughed.

"It won't be done for another half hour, so do you mind helping?" He asked kindly.

Nya smiled. "Of course, dad." She said as she walked into the kitchen.

Her little brother, Kato held his hands out to her and called out her name. Nya laughed and picked him up.

"Did you miss me Kato?" Nya asked while pushing their foreheads together. She turned to her mom who was kneading dough.

"Hello Ma." Nya greeted.

Her mom nodded at her with a smile and continued to knead the dough. "Hello dear, how was studying?" She asked.

Nya smiled, "It was fine." She replied.

Her mom stopped kneading and looked up like she wanted to say something, then she shook her head.

"What?" Nya asked as she put Kato back in his highchair.

"It's nothing sweetheart." Her mom answered.

"Mama, what is it?" Nya persisted.

Her mom sighed, "Did you ever find out where your brother was? Or did you give up?" She asked.

Nya pursed her lips and sighed. "No, I haven't found anything." Nya answered as she turned away.

The truth was that Nya had been adopted into the Lawrence family when she was seven. Her brother, Kay Kay, as she remembered, was left behind. She couldn't even remember his name. She'd been looking for the last few months to try and locate him in the adoption center they had been in, but apparently, he had been adopted already. After a while she had given up. She really wished she could find him.

"Mom...if I did find him. Would he be able to stay here?" Nya asked suddenly.

Mrs. Lawrence turned to her in surprise. "Well of course he could. We have an extra room anyway." She replied with a smile.

Nya grinned, "Alright I'm going to keep looking." Nya declared as she ran out of the kitchen to her room.

Their house had only one floor so all three of the bedrooms were there and easy to get to. Nya hopped onto her chair and quickly logged into her laptop as she quickly brought up the adoption center's website online. She searched through it but she didn't fine anything. Nya sighed and leaned back.

"What is it going to take to find him?" Nya asked aloud.

Then her mind answered her own question.

"Pix." Nya muttered.

Nya quickly fished out her phone and texted Pixal, asking if she was free tomorrow after school. After a few minutes Pixal replied and said she was free and would head over after school. Nya jumped out of her chair in excitement.
