OMG I'm at chapter 30!!!! yeah, this book is a lot longer than I originally intended, but I'll get it done eventually...

Lloyd

It had been two days since the ninja had gone to visit Kai. They had been meeting at the clearing to just sit there and try to come up with a plan. The plan was good, but they couldn't find a way to make it work.

Lloyd was walking towards the main headquarters. He needed to fetch some supplies. He had never told the others about the place because it was top secret, but in this case, he needed to let them in on it...at least he had to let Jay in on it. Beside Lloyd was Jay who was walking with him. Lloyd had decided to watch over Jay and make sure he wasn't attacked, because no one else wanted to do it. The ninja base was located in a cave by the mountains. Lloyd's uncle had created it and Lloyd would often go to train with Wu over there. Wu had told him to only go in case of emergencies, but Lloyd decided this was the exception.

"Common Jay, we have to hurry." Lloyd stated as he began to pick up his pace. He glanced back to see Jay running to catch up.

"Where are we going exactly?" Jay asked.

Lloyd sighed, "Our base." Lloyd answered.

Jay perked up, "We have a base?" He asked with wide eyes. He looked like a little kid who had gotten a new toy.

Lloyd laughed, "Yes, but no one actually knew about it other than me and Master Wu." Lloyd explained.

Jay grinned, "Alright where is it?" Jay asked curiously. He rubbed his hands together in anticipation.

Lloyd stopped, "Right here." He stated.

He watched as Jay did a 360 turn and looked at Lloyd in confusion.

"Um, I don't see it." Jay commented.

Lloyd turned around and walked over to an old tree that was attached to the side of the mountain. His hand gently slid along the trunk until he found a certain dent. He then pushed it in and stepped back.

The wall of rock to the side split in two and opened up to a tunnel that led down into the earth.

Jay's jaw dropped and he ran inside the tunnel. "What the heck! This is so cool!" Jay shouted. His voice echoed down, and Lloyd saw Jay jump. Jay chuckled nervously.

Lloyd turned around and pressed another button on the inside of the tunnel that would close the opening. Lloyd walked past Jay and started going down the stairs at the end of the passageway. Straight into the heart of the mountain.

"Woah woah woah, wait up Greenie!" Jay called as he raced after Lloyd.

Lloyd reached the bottom and walked into a large cave. There were platforms everywhere and computers in the corner. A vehicle sat on each platform; each was loaded with their own set of weapons.

Lloyd smiled as he scanned over the base. "It hasn't changed at all." Lloyd muttered.

Jay started to walk to one of the vehicles and scanned over it.

Lloyd walked over to the computers and began messing with the controls. "Ha! got it." Lloyd declared as he pulled a chip out of the hard drive and put it in his pocket. "Alright Jay let's get out of here. We'll have plenty of opportunities in the future to use these babies." Lloyd stated as he turned to face Jay who was sitting on a blue motorcycle that had lightening marks edged around it.
