Dahyun's POV.

"Jisoo Unnie, why do I have to bring you clothes here?" I groaned, my voice laced with exasperation as I answered the phone. My sister had been calling non-stop since last night, demanding a clothing delivery to her workplace.  She was too busy to go home and needed fresh clothes.

"Come on, Dahyun-ah, I badly need clean clothes. I really can't go home; I've got tons of patients, you know that. I promise to take you to the mall when I get a day off," she pleaded.

I sighed. "Fine, I'll be there after lunch."

I heard her relieved thanks on the other end.

It had been a month since the concert, a month since I finally let go of Sana.  The memory still lingered, but the sharp sting had dulled, replaced by a quiet acceptance.  Did I move on?  The question hung in the air, unanswered.

I shook my head, dismissing the thought.  As long as I have Tzuyu and Chaeyoung, I'm good.  Or so I thought.

The sterile scent of antiseptic hung heavy in the air, clinging to the white walls of the hospital.  I walked towards my sister's office, a bag of clothes and a packed lunch swinging in my hand. I hated hospitals; the atmosphere felt gloomy, even creepy, but what choice did I have when my sister was a doctor?

After what felt like an eternity, I reached her office.  I knocked, and her voice welcomed me inside.

"Whoa… what the hell? Your office is a mess," I exclaimed, stepping inside.  Papers were strewn across the desk, files piled haphazardly on the sofa.  Complete chaos.

"Told ya, I've got tons…" Jisoo chuckled. "Just kidding, most of those are Dr. Park's and Dr. Manoban's."

"Here's the clothes, go change, you stink," I said, handing her the bag.

"Thanks, love you, be right back," she replied, disappearing into the small bathroom.

I sat on the sofa, the neatly organized files beside me.  Then, something caught my eye.

'What the—'  A chilling thought snaked its way into my mind.

I quickly snatched a file, my heart pounding in my chest.  These files were confidential.  To my horror, it was there.

My breath hitched as I read the patient's personal and medical information.  No, no, no. This can't be happening.  My mind screamed in denial.

The sound of approaching footsteps jolted me back to reality.  I hastily snapped pictures of the file before replacing it, my hands trembling uncontrollably.

"Ah~ I feel refreshed," Jisoo announced, emerging from the bathroom, now clad in fresh clothes.

I was paler than usual, sweat beading on my forehead, my body rigid with suppressed emotion.

"U-Unnie…" I stammered, my voice barely a whisper.

Jisoo hummed, raising an eyebrow as she settled back into her chair.

"D-do you perhaps…"  I gulped, unable to articulate the horrifying truth I'd just discovered.

She waited patiently, her expression unreadable.
