chapter 86 Jade and Nona

this is a meanwhile chapter Jade and Nona are talking in Nona's car whilst Robbie and Cat are spending time with each other.

*Nona POV*

So I'm driving Jade back to her house and I let her sit in the front seat with me but it still feels like I'm driving Cat home since she is dressed like Cat it kinda feels like I'm with Cat but an edgier version. Jade seems to have a bit of a soft spot for me for some reason though I don't know why not that that's a bad thing or anything because it is a really good thing but usually she just goes like "fuck the world". I always felt kinda sad for Jade though because her family is a bunch of freaks, actually no her little brother is nice and her mom is ok but her dad is a bit of a prick apparently and also he is so rich and really wealthy but he became a drug addict again and also apparently wasted his money on assassins to kill certain people for him and now he has gone broke so apparently he's homeless now and if any authorities do find him chances are they won't help him out they will incarcerate him. "How have you been Nona? It's been a while" Jade asks me "I have been okay thank you Jade how have you been?" I ask her back "decent" Jade says. She didn't seem as bad as I thought she would be tonight "did u enjoy the get together tonight?" I ask her "yah did you?" she asked me "yes same" I also said. "I must say you and Cat had us all pretty fooled at first when you told us your master plan" I said to her "Tori seemed bored of it and Beck hated it" She responds "why would they you two mastered it" I say "I mean to be completely fair this isn't the only time me and Cat have done that and it sure as hell isn't the first time either." she says "well I know that for certain haha" I say laughing as I pull into her driveway but then she stays for a little bit.

*Jade POV*

I really do enjoy Nona's company she isn't crazy like Andre's grandma and she isn't annoying and dumb and critical like Robbie's bitch grandma either although unlike grandmama Shapiro I actually get along with Grandmama Harris and also here is the ironic part Cat is crazy and Andre is sane yet Cats grandma is the only normal grandma I have ever met I mean maybe that is because she is the youngest of the grans of my friends but still she is more sane than Andre's grandmother haha!! I stay sat in the front seat for a little while "hey nona?" I ask "yes Jade?" she says. "Do you think Andre and Cat are a good couple?" I ask her "yes I think Andre treats Cat very well" she says with passion I don't have any boundaries so I just tell her how it is "yeah Nona I think Andre maybe low-key falling out of love with Cat I'm sorry but I think it might be true!" I say to her with no shame and all honesty and brutality! "My gosh!" Nona says in response "is Cat aware of all this?" she asks. "No I highly doubt it" I say in all honesty "I really think she might need to slow down a bit with her excitement because I'm really not sure about her at the moment and I'm not trying to be horrible or anything like that and I'm not telling her or you or Andre off I'm just telling it how it is and someone needs to eventually talk to her." I say with honesty "well it may be hard she isn't very good with criticism" Nona says worriedly and I immediately respond "yeah we know hence why she never sees Robbie when he goes to his grandma's!" Nona doesn't really seem shocked in any way whatsoever at what I am saying even if it may be hard to process. "I mean Cat has been acting up herself lately" Nona says "she also happens to even have a bit of a weird thing going on I mean I'm not sure sometimes when I walk in to our apartment I hear her making strange noises coming from her room and the door is usually locked and this is when I usually find her alone at home." I look at her with a 'that's obvious' look "yeah she's probably doing something completely normal especially for us teenagers" I said. "Well I think I know what it is but I ain't gonna say it!!" she says laughing "yeah true" I say laughing "I'm sure she'll be okay though and you may get annoyed at this opinion but her and Robbie are more for each other really" I thought she would get annoyed at that but the total opposite happened "oh god yes I completely agree with you Robbie understands her so much better and she understands him more than anybody else does!!" She said with PASSION! "Honestly if you ask me Andre is better off with that Tori Vega girl" I agreed "oh fuck yes haha!!" I agreed with her "Tori and Andre are perfect for each other" I said "I completely agree" she responds. "Anyways I should probably head in." I say undoing my seatbelt and getting out of her car "wait nona" I say as she rolls down her window and I lean in "you and Sam and Goomer and Dice will keep Cat safe right?" I ask her "well of course Jade!" she says "okay it's just I do worry for her sometimes we all do." "yes" Nona responds "you know how she is" she says "trust me we all do" I say to her "well I'll see you around" she says "yeah see you soon thanks for the lift" I say to her "bye Jade" she says "bye Nona" I respond I then go inside and lock the door then have a shower and go to bed and the time is now roughly 00:15.
