A/N: Hello guys! I know it has been however bloody long it was since November! First of all I just want to say I am so so SO fucking sorry that I have NOT uploaded another part for a long time! I was supposed to finish this whole goddamn story last summer! And also these last 7 months I have just had such a huge lack of motivation. I am here now and I am here to stay until this fan fiction is finished and I made a vow to finish this story and Battle of the Bands before the end of this year but preferably before the end of this summer! Again so sorry about this all and I understand if you haven't stayed around but if you had all this time I can not thank you enough! Now with that on with this chapter! So I guess we are having New Years Eve at Jade's... and then afterparty at Becks. Not that there's anything wrong with that it's just I feel a sense of discomfort whenever I go to Jades... that being said we all do the only one of us that doesn't is Beck because he's been there 20,000 times and the two are boyfriends and girlfriend, oh and also Cat as well because best friend and also Trina as well because that girl is not scared of anything!

*Cat POV*

I know I have a 3 month old cat but I wanna get a puppy as well and at the moment I'm just currently looking through dogs and I can't fucking decide what to get! Labrador or Chow Chow I know what you all are thinking "obviously get a lab Sam! They are the cutest and they are a lot easier!" and "Chow Chow's are super cute but they are too much work when they get older, get a labrador they're so much cuter and more loyal as well" or "Labrador would love everyone you know and will always be friendly even though they can be protective and shed a lot whereas Chow Chow's while they would love everybody else as well you will have to be really careful with them and make sure they know everybody well enough!" and stuff like that fuck it imma post a poll on instagram! Don't @ me saying that's a shit name for a cat because it's a good name!

Fuck today! Seriously my bus broke down, my new car has just been given to somebody else (fucking last minute bidders!) Spencer has been acting like a cunt to me all day and so has Gibby even after they accepted my apologies for acting like a bitch lately, and just now I had a fucking ice cold water balloon thrown at me by some ignorant kid! I nearly went to jail because I threatened to kill them but can you blame me I have just had enough! I'm starting to feel better though but I can say that again. "Excuse me" I just heard a familiar voice say. I looked around. "Oh fuck!" I said!

*Freddie POV*

I am rushing to A&E with Spencer "where's Carly Shay?!" I ask nervously "I'll take you there right now!" the doctor said as we were running with him "Carly!" Spencer and I both screamed as we ran up to her bed "what happened?" I asked calmly, "Damien!" she said "the girl that cheated on you with Nora?!" Spencer screamed! "Spencer, calm down! You're gonna wake up everyone in the hospital!" Carly said angrily "yeah listen to your sister!" I said angrily but also laughed (how is that even possible). Just then Sam and Gibby bursted through the door. We sit with Carly for like an hour and then Gibby and I go out to get wings. Too bad Sam isn't a fighter anymore but I am though hopefully there's one more fight in her and also in Gibby too so I can kill this Damien guy! I've been wanting that cunt fucking dead since the day I met him! "I will fucking murder this guy when I see him" I mumbled to myself as I exited the hospital and lit a cigarette "Freddie, ya comin?!"
