Night shift (aizawa x reader)

6-clean up

It was about 2:30 and nothing much had happened. His patrol area had some low level villains that probably shouldn't even be counted as villains, so everything could be taken out by my feathers.

Is his patrol always this boring. Shit, I'd be grumpy all the time to if I had to do this every night.

"We've got 30 minutes left" Aizawa said, breaking me out of my thoughts

"That went by fast" I said with a surprised tone

No. No it didn't. It felt like this patrol lasted for days, I was so close to jumping in front of one of the cars that passed by.

"It did. It was quiet out here tonight" he said calmly

"Is it always like this?" I questioned as I walked up next to him.

"No. This is the easiest patrol I've ever had" he said looking over to me

"Good timing on my part I guess" I said with a small smile

"I guess so" he said turning his head to look back at the sidewalk "since your with me who's covering your patrol area?" He questioned

"I've got no clue. I'm sure the commission put someone in my place though. Well, probably multiple people."I said

"Multiple?" He questioned

"Yep. My patrol area is huge so it would be hard for someone without a quirk like mine to cover it." I said proudly

He hummed in response.

"Quick question"

He looked over at me

"Do you also work at U.A?" I questioned, looking over at him.

"Yeah" he said "why do you ask?" He questioned cautiously.

"I was just wondering. I heard some people saying you did and I figured I'd ask."I said with a smile "but now that I have my answer I've got another question"

"And that is" he said with a raised eyebrow

"How do you balance work at U.A and patrol. I would figure that you'd be to exhausted to do both" I said

"I just do" he said shortly

"What was that?" He spat

"What was what?" I questioned, my eyes widening slightly

I just said that out loud. ARE YOU SHITTING ME...you stupid stupid whore.

"What did you say" he spat as he glared at me, his voice sending chills down my spine.

"I didn't mean to say it out loud. And I meant no harm I swear" I said said with a nervous smile

He opened his mouth to speak but before he could get a word out a blood curdling scream came from ahead of us. Are heads snapped to the direction of the scream and we both took off. I flew ahead and got there a few seconds before Aizawa which was a good thing considering the second I got to the alleyway a metal spike was shot at me. I tried to dodge but it scraped me left arm. I looked back into the alleyway and saw a man and a woman. The man was hideous looking and had a metal spike forming on one hand and the other hand holding the poor girl by her throat. The man shot another spike out of his arm which I quickly dodged. I sent a few feathers out and snagged the man up by his shirt and pinned him to the wall. Aizawa sent his scarf out and used his quirk to completely restrain the man and I flew down next to the woman.

"Are you okay miss?" I said calmly with a small smile on my face

"I think so" she said shakily as she looked up at me
