A/N If you are sensitive to throwing up and nausea then you may want to skip the first part, until you see the "~~". It ends there and nothing too important is missed.

Cas gags again as he looks in the toilet full of his vomit. Angels only ever get sick once in their lifetime, twice if lucky.

Lucky because when angels get sick it means that they have found their soulmate. Cas throws up more and tries to flush the toilet, but it won't go down.

"Dean!" Cas yells with a raspy voice. He's been up sick for the past four hours. Since 4 am.

Dean walks into the bathroom sleepily, seeing Cas kneeling over the toilet. "What's wrong?" Dean asks before he sees the vomit in the toilet. "Ugh, that's disgusting," Dean says, putting his hand over his face.

"It won't go down," Cas says, voice still deep and raspy. Dean's stomach turns a flip when he hears Cas' voice. It's sexy but he knows now is not the time.

"Get the plunger by the toilet," Dean instructs, not daring to get closer to the toilet. Dean teaches Cas how to use a plunger and right as everything goes down and Cas thinks he's okay, he gets nauseous again. He throws up more into the toilet and Dean goes over to sit by him.

"Buddy, what's wrong? Angels aren't supposed to get sick, I thought." He says, rubbing Cas' back as he's heaving and tears are running down his face.

"It is an angel thing that happens once in a lifetime. It means I found my soulmate. I need to be with them and the body doesn't like that feeling of need for another person.." Cas explains, flushing the toilet. He stands up, closes the toilet lid, and sits down on top of it, wiping the tears from his face.

"Well, who is it?" Dean asks, anxious. Cas had met his soulmate, he is going to be devastated. Dean has liked Cas for a while now and the thought of him being with someone else is almost sickening.

"I don't know. I have to find it out. Normally it gets worse over the next few days until I'm straight up longing for the other person. I'll know then." He explains, feeling a migraine come on. "Dammit." He says, pushing his fingers to his temples.

Dean stands up and pats Cas' shoulder comforting him awkwardly. "What will happen to you over the next few days?" Dean asks, hoping that it will stop soon. He doesn't like to see Cas in pain.

"My grace will be somewhat uncontrollable. Nothing bad will happen, just wings acting out, halo, eyes.. stuff like that until I am on the verge of breaking out of my vessel and turning into my true form." Cas says, frustrated. "I don't want this to be longer Dean! I've been like this for four hours and it hurts so bad." Cas cries. Dean hugs him and that's when Cas feels the migraine get worse. His head is pounding faster than his heart and Dean can tell.

"Come on, we're going to my room and you're going to lay down. I'll get you some Advil or something and it might help with the headache." Dean says, grabbing Cas under the arms and supporting him as he walks into his room. He lays down Cas on his bed and covers him up. "I'll be right back buddy." He says, walking out of the room to get medicine and water.

Cas lays in Dean's bed calmly, smelling the hunter's nature, wood, and cologne smells. He loves it, the smell of Dean, him feeling so close even when he's not.

Dean comes back and sees Cas snuggled up on every pillow and blanket on the bed. He looks adorable, but Cas is just relaxed in the hunter's bed, oddly. He's sick, he shouldn't even be able to relax. Maybe it's their profound bond or something.

"Are you cold? I can make it warmer." Dean asks, feeling bad for the poor, sick angel in his bed.

"No. Just feels good," Cas says. He takes the medicine from Dean and takes it with a sip of water.
