The brunette looked down at the demon's outstretched arms before him. In all good taste, he could never really let Bill have what he thought he wanted.
There would be no point in hurting him, that would only make him just as bad. He takes a breath and breathes it out. Bill flinches, as Dipper places his hand on Bill's head ruffling his hair.
The demon was surprised, confused at the sudden touch, a twinge of anger rising within him. Dipper only smiled, he knew he got to him. Like his sister, he was going to kill Bill with kindness, at least the former bill.
The demon gritted his teeth, the young boy got him to cut it out by booping him on the nose. "What?!" the demon cried out, becoming more confused and heated. "Why?! You're supposed to hate me for all eternity! Can't you tell that's what I want! You can't forgive me!" You have to!! He growls, his hair and eyes glowing a red hue.
"If you needed a place to stay you could have just said so, to hell if I'd ever let you get what you want Bill." Steam rose from the demon as his colors changed back to normal. He no longer intimidated Dipper at all, he found his tantrums to be quite adorable and childlike
"I never asked for this pine tree," he says with a defeated tone. Shoulders hunching as he looked away.
"I know," Dipper said, grabbing an extra set of winter blankets from inside his closet to place on the empty bed in his room.
Bill just sat there shaking his head. He couldn't comprehend the boy whatsoever even though he could read his thoughts. He couldn't understand the process, why he would ever show him kindness. It felt forbidden.
