Chapter 28 - Miss You Like Crazy

I walked into Glee club that afternoon, and everyone seemed so happy, and it made me feel better about today. 

I walked to my seat with a smile on my face as the girls around me talked about the newest boy band or something - they were called What About Tonight and I had no idea who they were. They were so excited and talking so quickly, it just sounded like them saying, "Blah," over and over. 

"Do you have any idea what they're going on about?" Travis asked, coming and sitting next to me.

"Nope." I laughed, gripping onto my bag

. "You know, you're not like them. You're not crazy obsessed with boy bands and fashion." He smiled.

"I-" I was about to respond, but Finn came in with a large smile, directed at me.

"Marley, next song?" Finn asked. I nodded and saluted him. "Lot happier now, I see." He laughed as I gave the band the sheet music and stood in the centre of the room, taking deep breaths to try and stop myself from crying. 

Marley:

Every time I sing this song, I smile. Not cry, but smile. It's odd how songs can have effects on me like this.
