We sat in the choir room, all sitting in silence as we stared at the Sectionals trophy we had one; first place. Fat Amy was too pleased with our win - she ran around the school screaming "We won Sectionals! Vertical running!" I had no idea what she's going on about.
Angie was happy about it too; she was smiling more than usual, and it was so nice to see.
Travis seemed really happy too, and he kept on flashing smiles and winks my way, which I tried to convince myself that they were out of joy.
"So, you won, huh?" Finn smiled, admiring the trophy.
"Yep, and all because of Marley's last minute song choice." Travis smiled.
"It, er, wasn't my doing that got us this trophy." I laughed, gripping onto the chair I was sitting on.
"Well, you all did amazing." Finn complemented, putting the trophy in the cabinet. "Next stop; Regionals!" Finn shouted.
As he talked about how Mr. Schue was still busy, I spotted Dad standing by the door. I groaned aloud, interrupting the entire lesson. "Sorry," I muttered, standing up.
"Better be, Mushroom Man's Brenda Perkins." Kitty whispered as I walked to the door.
"What?" I asked, crossing my arms over my chest.
"You were amazing, Marley. You've always been a good singer, and you'll always be my little girl." Dad smiled, rubbing the stubble on his chin. "Nice to see you again." He smiled, before sensing he wasn't wanted. He walked away from me as I stormed back into the choir room, falling in my seat again and crossing my arms.
"You okay?" Angie whispered as Finn began talking again.
"Yeah, just Dad again." I sighed, rubbing my head.
"Marls, do you really hate him?" She whispered, leaning her head in closer to mine.
"Yes. He left us poor. He took all our money. He left, and now he wants to be apart of my life again, after he missed so much?" I snapped quietly.
"Yeah," Angie sighed, " that's a good reason, I understand."
"And that is why, I think dancing sheep are awesome!" Finn yelled at us, throwing his hands up in exhaustion.
"What?" I asked, looking up at him.
"None of you were listening!" He shouted, waving his hands up and down. We all mumbled an apology before Finn continued.
"So, I was thinking..."

I was standing in the bathroom, waiting for Ryder to call me. It was lunch time and I'd already eaten something, so I decided to talk to Ryder, if he ever called me.
I couldn't call Ryder myself because his timetable is different to mine, so he might be having third period while I was having lunch and then I'd interrupt his class and get him in trouble.
As I looked at myself in the mirror, trying different hairstyles, a pair of Cheerios walked in. "Look, it's Marley!" The short blonde girl to the left said, pointing over at me.
"Oh, should we, or... does K know yet?" The brunette girl with the green eyes whispered.
"Just say hi," The blonde said, walking into a cubicle.
"Hi, Marley!" She said, walking next to me.
"Hey," I smiled, putting my hand in my pocket and toying with my phone. I was confused as to how those two Cheerios knew my name, but I couldn't ask them.
