"I have secret!" Fat Amy said, raising her hand. Finn nodded at her as she trotted to the middle.

It was Wednesday and we were having another Glee club meeting. Angie was still sitting at the back of room and every single time I tried to talk to her, she would tell me to go away or shut up.

"I..." Fat Amy hung her head in shame. "My name's not Fat Amy. My-my real name is..." She paused and took a deep breath. "Fat Partricia."

"We're sorry," Jake said with a laugh behind his voice.

"Very." Kitty agreed with a smirk.

"Thank you, but I don't want to sing about it." Fat Amy, or now Fat Patricia, sat back down, looking proud of herself.

"Well, it Fat Amy can admit something that serious and Marley can too, you guys should be able to admit something big." Finn said with a small smile, and then there was silence.

"No?" Finn said after a minute with a sigh. He turned around to the board and picked up the sheet music from there, looking angry.

"Let's work." He said, throwing the sheet music to the band. Everyone hopped up with a burst of energy, running to the centre of the room to work on our dance routine. I stood up but kept still, waiting for Angie to run down next to me.

I stopped her by grabbing her wrist. She grunted loudly and turned to face me. "What do you want?"

"Angie, you know I-"

She cut me off, giving me a death glare. "I should have known you would tell. I shouldn't have trusted you." She shook her head, trying to move her arm from my grip.

"Ange-" Before I could continue, I felt a hard whip to the side of my face. I saw Angie's hand go back to her side as I dropped hers. The sound that her hand had made when it hit my cheek was so scary and I just wanted to run away from her. Had she really just slapped me?

"Woah." Finn said, staring at us two... everyone was staring at us as soon as they heard the noise.

"Angie," Jake sighed, looking between us. I looked back to Angie and saw a look of guilt flash across her face before she ran out of the room.

"We will have to practice without her." Finn sighed sadly.

"Damn, that bitch can slap." Kitty said, staring directly at me and the red side of my face.

"Shut up." I told her as we began singing, missing out on Angie's parts of the song.

Jake was clearly worried now; he knew that slapping me was nothing like Angie. He suspected something big was up, but I couldn't tell him.

It was midnight, or around that time, and I was sitting on my computer, going through ways I could talk to Angie without getting another slap to the face.

No one on the internet was in the same boat as me. None of them had a best friend who was working as a prostitute because their parents kicked them out.

I wondered where Angie was now - was she still working, or was she lying down somewhere after being used and abused all night long?

I sighed to myself went back onto Facebook, searching through the posts to get my mind off it. As I scrolled, Jake sent me a message my computer beeped loudly. I sighed, praying that it didn't wake up Mom and opened the little chat box.

Jake: Tell me. What's up with Angie? She slapped you today and that's not right. You don't just slap your bff.

I sighed and rubbed my eyes, debating on whether to tell him or not. I whined slightly, typing in a reply.
