Today's the day of the 57th expedition, currently, we all are heading out I am stuck within the relay lines of the back with Jean. Not that I'm complaining I don't care where I am placed because I know I can handle myself.

Commander Erwin throws his hand out, "long-range formation, let's go!" Everyone starts to slow down in their places I throw back on my horse and go to where I need to be, Jean not too far behind me.

My cape flies back in the wind so does my hair, I recall back the memory when it was our first day as official Scout Regiments. How they made a big deal of my hair and demanded I cut it; I remember how Hange Zoe was in my face with large scissors trying to cut it.

But I refused, and that is how my hair ended up how it is now. We came to a compromise; I am not allowed my hair down while on missions if so, they have all rights to cut it. As of right now, it is in two braids that are securely wrapped around my head, it would be hard for my hair to have me caught up now.

As I am riding through, I soon start to see red smoke meaning titans are near. I grab my smoke gun and shoot off a signal right away, Jean watching me as I do so.

"What?" I ask him as we continue to ride.

"It's just... I never took you as the type to join the scouts."

I roll my eyes at him, "yeah, well I never took you as the type either. Whatever happened to the Military Police dream life?"

"What happened to following your sister?"

I scoff at him and ride further ahead, "shut up Jean."

As I continue, I start to see black smoke come up and that isn't good either. That means that they're abnormals coming quickly I follow behind and shoot some black smoke into the air, but my horse starts too slow down as I reach where I am heading.

Bodies, a bunch. All bloody and laying there lifeless, my eyes widen, and I gasp I completely stop my horse examining each body confused as to how this happened so quickly. Jean isn't too far behind me; my mind immediately runs wild to Armin now he was as smart as can be... But fighting-wise... he wasn't there.

"Come on Leonhart, we got to keep moving!"

I nod, swallowing the knot in my throat and giving my horse a slap to keep moving, as we move forward, I see a certain blonde-headed boy. I ride faster to him seeing as he isn't alone, and he is with Reiner sadly.

"Armin!" I yell out to him to get his attention; he turns around and looks at me his eyes huge. "Are you alright? I and Jean saw that huge titan attack, but we don't know how it happened."

"Yea, I don't know how it happened, but it was bad. It was like those bitches were lightning fast." Jean exclaims out of breath as he catches up with us.

As Jean and Armin continue to talk, I blank out just thinking of Armin even though he is next to me and is very alright. "Does that mean... she led the titans here, like a commander?"

When Armin says that my head pulls itself up and I feel like I might be sick. In front of us is the female titan that I know a little too well, Annie.

"Who here, why the hell is she running from us by the way?"

I am dead silent, and I think I may just be sick.

"Is she abnormal?"

"No, she isn't. I still don't know how it is possible, she's another human whose taken titan form. Someone who has the same power as Eren!"

Armin is so smart he already figured it out, but how could he be that quick. But I mean she doesn't look like other titans, so it makes sense.

"Adelita! Are you alright? You look so pale." Armin asks me, I nod and give him a reassuring look.
