Chapter 12: Fight of The Royals

"Just like before, we will start with the warm-up." Sir Nikko smiled reassuringly, and the rest of the class sign their relief. He became serious and then said, "A duel."

Parang pinagsuklaban ang mga mukha ng kaklase ko pagkarinig ng mga salita na yun. Mga tamad talaga.

"Mukhang nagiging ulyanin na kasi kayo. Oh, Sge na! Let's pick the first duel!" Sigaw niya sa baba ng platform.

Naka-upo na ang ilan malapit sa front seats ng stadium ito na may mga monitors sa harap namin. Those monitors are the guide of what we can see inside the glass globe. Sometimes if it isn't the normal duel where the two players are just fighting without worrying about destroying the whole place down, there is also a futuristic type of way where it projects you in different places. There are also some magisters who come to help when there is a duel like creating the actual monsters or any enemies we fought in missions. They use their abilities like cloning and creating replicas of those. Whenever that happens they just sit where we are seated and be as near as possible inside the globe to maintain the intensity.

I really commend them for being such a genius way of creating a place where we can freely fight to our extreme level without worrying about the damage but also not all the time this mist glass globe can handle all the leftovers magic at once. Kaya kumbaga may general cleaning once in a while to maintain its durability of it.

Dito rin kasi ginaganap ang pag duel from different schools once a year kapag foundation day. Our instructor grabs his clipboard and looks like he was scanning our names to pair. Bigla naman sumulpot si Papa.

"Roll call!" Sir, wag muna ako! Tinatamad rin ako!

"Ken Matzek & Maynard Aurelius on the platform!" YES! Buti na lang hindi ako yung tinawag pero grabe! Those two are the high ranks of this school kaya for sure na good game naman ito!

"Who's them?" Tanong ni Morgana saking tabi habang pinapanood ang dalawa na maglakad pababa sa center.

"The two partners in crime royals in disguise." I smiled at her. "You see, Ken and Maynard are very close. They like always running in the same phase and choices but they don't compete with each other. They have their own kind of different uniqueness." Morgana nods while still listening kaya nag kwento pa ako. "Ken is more outgoing and sociable that's why everybody likes his personality but also at the same time he is not the type of guy who just goes with different people. Pihikan nga lng at pili lng din. While Maynard is the serious type but mapagbiro minsan. Alam mong pareho lang kayo ng ugali?" She squinted her eyebrows looking puzzled. "Moody kumbaga." I move my head like I'm agreeing with the thought.

"Ready guys?" Sigaw narinig kong mungkahi ng instructor namin habang sineset-up ang stimulation control devices.

"Depende talaga kaya minsan di ko yan maintindihan. Anyways back to the topic." Naka set ang lugar sa city ng mga mortal at may mga civilians. Nakahiwalay silang linagay sa ibang lugar.
