"I asked for the latest report on Network Marketing. That's all I am asking. Have you done the calculations, or not?" I question strongly. "Yes." He nods. "Then tell me what I want to know." I demand. "Sales based on you alone come up to a weekly average of 30 million."

"What do my numbers look like on a gross profit margin?"

"Your total revenue comes to 19 million, at the rate cash flow and sales are working, you can expect an average 20.6 million per week once including the rest of your profit source for this area- that includes your stockholders and shareholders in Network Marketing." I sigh. "Will values be likely to drop overtime?" "Money is coming in steadily, what I suggest is that you prepare yourself." James tells me. "Prepare myself? What possibly for?"

He smiles at me. "More. Everything will increase by 0.2% every week. You're great Cosmos, simply great. Your profit isn't expected to drop, and on sales alone, this means in the time span of just 25 weeks you will make yourself five hundred, twenty-five million and three hundred thousand dollars. You'll most definitely pass your objective of making another billion this year, at this point you'd make at the very least one billion, fifty million and six hundred thousand. And this is just on NM alone. You make more than all the entrepreneurs I know put together on just this area. I don't know how you do it. But you've built yourself an empire. At this rate I'm sure that by the time you're 30 you'll be one of the richest men on earth." The directors in the room applaud me but I run my hand down my face and shake my head. "No, I did not call this meeting to be praised. Success is not about sales or profit, James, it's about recognition. You and everyone in this room needs to leave today with that knowledge. Am I clear?" They nod silently in their seats.

I stare at them and play with my own hands under the large table, cracking my knuckles during the process. "I am almost making 1 entire precent of the network marketing industry. Thank you for being with me along the journey, there is no way I could've done it without the support. But something else that everyone needs to know is, I do my own math, I do my own work, and I do my own job. I requested the numbers just then to make sure you are all up to date and not slacking. So far you've all passed the test. As you may all know I've conquered merchandising, servicing, marketing and now network marketing...but I'm ready to begin a new plan. Before my career comes to an end there are many feilds left for me to master and claim. There's one I wish to focus on as of now. It is time to embark manufacturing to my name." I pause and wait for any comments to be heard. But when silence consumes the room I continue.

"I have completed plans to launch this by the end of the year. And I expect each of you to be on board with me. Anyone who opposes may speak of it now." "I'm not sure why you would want this. Do you really feel it would be successful?" Angela speaks up. I look at her with piercing eyes. "Again, have I not made myself clear? I wish to conquer all there is to business. I need to maximise and reach the limit of my capabilities. I have yet to be involved in manufacturing but that is the entire reason I desire to introduce it to my name." "Why not franchise, then?" she asks. I scoff. "Franchising is a joke. It's a mockery. There isn't a way in hell you will ever see me in franchise." "But do you feel you would be successful in manufacturing, though? How can you be so sure it's something smart to invest in? It's not a wise choice." "Do I look confident?" She frowns. "Pardon?" "Do. I. Look. Confident?" I repeat. "Yes." She answers. "Do I sound confident?" "Yes." "Am I or am I not successful?" She puts her head down once she realises my intention. "Yes." She whispers.

"Then on account of my success, my appearance and the extent of my career, would you consider me...smart?" I tilt my head and wait for a reply. "Yes, sir." "Do I seem at all uncertain or doubtful of myself?" "No, sir." "And am I or am I not, an entrepreneur?" "Yes you are." "Please define the meaning of an entrepreneur to me and everyone else in this room, Angela." "An entrepreneur is a person who owns a business or many businesses and takes financial risks in hopes of profit, whilst applying discretion to decision making and has the ability to read the certain extent of risk-taking. Which means they know when the situation is suitable to invest in- not too easy, not out of their league, either." She states. "Is that or is that not what I have already done sucesffuly countless times?" "Yes it is sir." "Thank you for being a part of my private board, Angela. You're dismissed."
