"Mr. Cosmos, until further notice we-" I hung up immediately and slipped my phone in my pocket before grabbing my jacket and rushing off to the East Los Angeles Interchange freeway in my black Ferrari. Please be alright, please be alright, please be alright, I kept praying that my dear Britney is alright, if anything happened to her I don't think I can forgive myself. After maybe 15 minutes of driving I'm on the freeway and I see red and blue lights blinking in the distance faintly. I pick up the pace and step on the accelerator, eager to come to Britney's side.

I come to a screeching stop in front of the ambulance van and the yellow caution tape. I saw the horribly damaged truck that had collided with Britney's car but I couldn't care less about that, and in all honesty I couldn't care less about the driver either. I looked at the horrible sight and I almost broke down in tears right then and there. What used to be my present to her is now crushed violently, the driver door was mangled and I saw large amounts of blood escaping out of the corners. The window was shattered in one area, symbolising that something had hit it in incredible force, but stayed in its place and there was blood splattered all over it.

I thanked the lord that the window was tinted, or else I would've had to face the gruesome sight. I prayed to god that she was okay, please be okay. I saw maybe 4 firemen attempting to cut off the roof of the car with cutting equipment. It looked like large power tools. When they turned it on the machines let out painfully loud noises, sparks flew everywhere and it did not comfort me at all. "Oh my god..." I whispered as I started to run closer. "Sir, I'm sorry but you can't pass the scene at this point." A police officer told me as he tried to hold me back. I stepped back and pulled at my hair as I felt the warmness of tears on my face.

This is not happening, this is not happening to me right now.

"Get her out, now!" I heard one of the firemen scream frantically when he finally got the roof off. Two firemen hopped into the car and grunted loudly as I heard the scrapping of metal from inside the car before they kicked the driver door open and emerged with Britney in their arms. She was covered in blood and cuts, her hair because of the blood was a dark red colour and sticking to her forehead. Her clothes were torn and I saw what looked like the glass of an alcohol bottle lodged in her arm. She was put gently on a white gurney and soon an oxygen mask was soon strapped around her head.

I got out of his grip and broke the caution tape as I ran to the gurney. "God...I'm so sorry." I whispered as I moved her hair out of her face gently. I cried quietly and placed a kiss on her forehead. "I'm sorry, I wish it was me..." I whispered further. "Sir, step aside, we need to bring her to the hospital immediately for extensive care." A female paramedic said. She pushed me away and rolled the gurney up into the back of the ambulance with the help of two other paramedics.

They examined her for a dreadfully long 2 minutes before shutting the door and driving off, creating the distance between me and the love of my life even further. "Hi I'm Leo, we spoke over the phone earlier, you must me Mr Cosmos?" I heard someone say. I turn around and was met with tall Caucasian man that I recall was also examining Britney. He held out his hand and I shook it firmly. "Just call me Jason." I tell him with an attempt to make a friendly smile. "What's wrong with her?" I asked. "Are you sure you want to know?" He asked after a long sigh.

I gulp and nodded my head. "I'm afraid she is suffering from serious head trauma due to the impact her skull has made with the window during the car crash, though we don't know how serious it is yet, all we know is that here brain is bleeding eternally at the moment, also suffering major swelling that needs a strong sedative," I remained silent as he continued. "She appears to have been intoxicated while driving seeing as there were pieces of a tequila bottle cut deeply inside of her arm, the hospital will do everything they can to help her." He said calmly.
