Circe Island

My brother lets out a groan before getting up.

"Take it easy. You took a pretty hard hit on you head. Your just lucky your sister jumped in after you," says Annabeth.

"Tyson?" Asks Percy.

I only saved his but from sinking to the bottom of the sea of monster but no not important.

"Percy I'm sorry," I say.

"Maybe he survived the explosion. I mean.. fire can't kill him," says Annabeth.

"What is this place?" Percy asks.

"Phoebe sailed us here one of Birmingham's lifeboats. It's some kind of island resort," says Annabeth.

Two ladies walks into the room.

"Good now you've awakened. Now we can begin the makeover," says a lady.

"Makeovers?" Travis asks.

"Of course. Here at C.C.'s resort and spa, we help our clients realize their full potential," says the woman, "don't you want to make the most of your talents."

"Um," Annabeth says.

"Excellent! Hylla give the girls the V.I.P tour. The boys will need my personal attention," says  one of the women.

"Right this way sweethearts," says Hylla.

We follow Hylla out of the room. She shows us around the hotel.

"Can we go back with the boys?" I ask.

I begin to walk away.

"I- um don't think-" she tries to say.

"I'm going back!" I yell running.

Something was off and I needed to check in the boys. I get to the room and knock on the door.

"Miss C.C.? Percy? Travis?" I ask.

Miss C.C.opens the door as Annabeth comes up next to me.

"Oh, girls what did you think of the grounds?" Miss C.C. asks.

"Where are the boys?" I ask.

"I helped the realize their true form. But never mind then. The strongest women like us don't need men," Miss C.C.

"Like us? You mean you know who we are?" I ask.

"Of course. I know a daughter of Poseidon when I see one. And Athena. We are not so different. We both seek knowledge," she says looking at Annabeth, "and we both admire greatness. And like me you have a mark of a did sorceress."

"Sorceress? You're C.C.... Circe," says Annabeth.

"That's right my dear. My mother is hectate, the goddess of magic. Stay with me and I will reach you the ways of sorcery. For women, magic is the only way to receive power," says Circe.

Something was off. I needed to find the boys and get out of here. Annabeth and I quickly eat one of the multivitamins that he gave my brother.

"As for you friends, they will be cared for on the mainland. There is always a kindergarten looking for a new class pet. So what are you answers ?" She asks.

"This," annabeth says hold her knife to Circe's throat.

"Really a knife against my magic? Is that wise?" She asks Annabeth turning and fire a spell at her.

Annabeth holds out her hand as the spell deflects off of it.

"Impossible... How?" She asks.

I shake the container of multivitamins at her.

"Curse Hermes and his multivitamins! They'll only protect you for a while you'll see," says Circe.

"A little time is all the time I need," I say turning the multivitamins over the cage of human Guinea pigs.

"No! Don't!" She yells.

The guinea pigs chew on the pellets due a moment before they begin to grow shifting back into humans. They burst through the cage and the boys are standing awkwardly with a group of pirates.

We begin to flee with Circe chasing after us and the pirates chasing after her. We make a quick left while pirates chase her right. We get to a dock full of enormous ships.

"Which one should we take?" Asks Annabeth.

My brother leads us toward what I assume is those pirate's ship.

"This one? Are you crazy?" Says Annabeth.

"Trust me," says my brother.

We board the ship and look around at the workings of it.

"Seriously seaweed brain? You need like one hundred people to work this ship," Annabeth complains.

"Mizzenmast," my brother says.

A few ropes snap and sails fall out. The ship begins to move and we make our way away from the island.

"How did you..." says Annabeth trailing off.

"Do you really need to ask?" Says Percy.
