Most of the couples paired up and took a job. Before Percy and Annabeth could pair coach stepped in.

"Nope! Nope! Nope! Girl Jackson get over here. Pick one to work with," coach says.

At first I was going to pick Percy gif obvious reasons but I decided I didn't a lot of time with him lately.

"Annie you in?" I ask.

She looks at me surprised, "yah."

Percy ends up helping Leo with some of the more manual jobs. Annabeth and I have to clean the upper deck. We grab some of the mops.

"I thought you would pick Percy," Annabeth says.

"Initially I was going to but your still one of my best friends. I spent pretty much the past two days with him so I could use a break," I say moving a couple boxes off to the side.

"That's fair," Annabeth says, "I know this is a sore topic but how's Travis?"

I guess I tensed up a little.

"You don't have to talk about?" She says turning away.

"No it fine. I talked to him the night before Percy and I talked to the Nereids. He's good, camps good," I say.

"I meant more how's you and him?"

"Oh, I guess good. Long distance is hard I guess. And he never calls me because he never know when I'm busy so I have to call him but when I'm not busy I'm usually either unconscious or sleeping."

"Yah, I could see how that would be hard."

"I do miss him. A lot," I say rewetting my mop,"I assume you and my brother are good now. You know after him disappearing for quite a few months?"

"Yah. I just couldn't stay mad at him," she says.

"Trust me. I know what your feeling," I say.

She laughs at that, "Yah I guess you would."

"You know, your defiantly going to find the Athena Parthenos," I say.

She looks at me like I had just said something really confusing.

"Really?" She asks.

"Really," I say confidently.
