I had my head resting on the back of the seat. I hear my brother make a small gasp before getting up.

"Percy, we made it to L.A. in under three hours," says Grover.

My brother looks shaken from something.

"Are you ok?" I ask him.

"Yeah I'm good," he says with a sigh.

We get out of the cab and walk to the building DOA recording studios.

"What'd they say in the old days. Rick and roll is the road to hell," says Percy.

"Technically it isn't hell. It's only the underworld. How bad could it be," says Annabeth.

"Wow, now that you said that it just might be hell," I say.

"Listen you two," says Grover, "before we go inside there's something I should have told u from the beginning."

Grover suddenly became very serious.

"Chiron's story about Thalia and the pine tree... I was the satyr who was suppose to protect her. I got her killed the same I almost did to you. Anyways, I just thought you should know I won't be much help in there," he says.

"Thalia wasn't your fault. Luke and I were there too, remember? We weren't your responsibility. You could have left us behind and gotten her to camp like you were told but you helped us. I wouldn't be here if it weren't for you," says Annabeth.

"I don't know what happened with Thalia, but I do know you've got the biggest heart of any satyr ever," I say.

"There's no one is weather have at my side," says my brother, "now lets show California how we do it in New York."
