I'm sitting in the Poseidon's alone with Percy running around with Nico and Tyson still at dad's palace.
"Incoming Iris message from Sally Jackson," a voice says from my fountain.
My mom's image appears.
"Hi mom," I say.
"Phoebe, did you know about your brothers prophecy?" She asks.
"Yeah, but I don't have any idea what he's doing or where he is," I say.
"He's doing something that involves getting into a river in the underworld," she says confused.
"HE'S DOING WHAT NOW!" I yell, "HE's GETTING INTO THE RIVER STYX!"
"Honey, he's going to die," she says.
I appreciate her trying to break this to me.
"Mom, I know. I'm- I'm so sorry," I say with a small sob.
"Can you come home? Just for a little while?" Mom asks.
"Mom I-" I get cut off by a knock at my door, "one second."
I go to the door and see Travis.
"Hi, um I'm talking with my mom right now. What do you need?" I ask him.
"Have you not tons her?" He asks in a whisper.
"Fine come here," I say grabbing his wrist.
"This is not what I meant," he says.
I pull him over to the fountain where my mom was.
"Mom, this is my boyfriend Travis," I say.
She looks from me to him. I grab his hand and he stands awkwardly.
"Hi Mrs. Jackson," says Travis
"Please call me Sally," my mom says.
"To answer your question mom, no I can't right now and I sorry. I guess I'll hopefully see you later," I say with a small tear not knowing if I will see her later.
"Phoebe I love you so much. Be safe," she says.
"Bye mom," I say as the Iris Message disappears.
"Your mom seems nice," says Travis.
"She is," I say with a small tear.
"How many times do I have to say this. It'll be ok," Travis says.
"I hope your right," I mumble.
