In the morning, Lily and Mew visited Kana.

There was an awkward silence between the lady and him so Mew and Suppasit left them alone in the room.

Lily sat on the bed and Kana's eyes awkwardly followed her. Kana really didn't know how to make small talk with her. He thought he might say insensitive things at her so he just chose to shut up.

"Thanks for the ointment...Lord Kaiser..."

Lily thanks him, staring at the hands on her lap.

Happy, Kana looked up to her and smiled.

"I didn't do anything, Eve made it."

"I know...she also gave me an oil to help my hair grow quicker.."

"Oh. So that's why something was different from you. Your hair really did grow longer."

He stared at her hair and smiled wider.

"Y-Yeah...how were you? Can you move now?"

"Yes, I can move my hands and arms but not my legs yet."

Lily's eyes shifted on Kana's legs and strokes it.

"You should let Suppasit massaged it, my legs moved after getting it massaged by Gerty back then." thankful, the lord expresses his gratitude for her suggestion and asked about her.

"Okay, I'll ask him. How about you? Are you okay now? I heard about the youngling...sorry for your loss, if I'm able to walk already, I hope to visit his grave." Lily also nodded and gave him permission.

"Hugo told me you found him near your campsite. He'll be happy to see you visit him, I think."

"Mmm, thanks my lady. I wish he's in a better place."

Lily's eyes were filled with sadness again, recalling their shared memories.

"Yeah, I hope so."

Once the two had a talk, the twin entered the chamber.

"Kaiser, let me borrow Suppasit for a while, he has somewhere to attend to."

Kana nodded and glanced at Suppasit, the knight quickly understood the look he was giving to him.

"I'll be back as quickly as possible, I just have to pass the throne to him today and I'll return to you."

This is the day Mew will stop brainwashing people, so everyone will now think Suppasit is the emperor and Mew's a knight. And he's gonna own his twin's reckless behavior for the past months.

It's presumed that people will be hostile with him, especially Suppasit is known to have a bad reputation and they'll think a tyrant will rule the empire.

It's kinda unfair because Mew is known to have empathy for all races and now he's gonna have a bad image when he's the one who made the empire prosper after Alice, their aunt passed the throne to Suppasit.

Well, he decided to quickly restore the faith of the people by assigning Alexander as the King of Human races and for the King of the Beast Kingdom, among the werewolves, there's no one fit to rule them except for Suppasit but the man is too focused on Kana that he don't care about anything else besides him.
