November 17, a day before the olympics starts, and here I am, still at work with Dean and Noelle inside our tent. A few weeks has passed since, and unfortunately, Kaizer and I have been getting along pretty well which scares me. I'm getting comfortable at his touch, his scent, and at his presence—it's almost as if we're back to our old selves.

"The renovation is at its climax, we'll get the job done next month. December 27 if I have to take a guess" Napalingon ako kay Dean na seryosong nakatingin sa blueprints na gawa niya para dito sa renovation. Mukhang hindi neto napansin na napalakas ang pag kakasabi niya. Nag katinginan kami ni Noelle at sabay na napailing bago bumalik sa pag ta-trabaho.

"By the way, Engineer Santiago" I glanced at Dean again who is still staring at the blueprints. "Are you joining us for later's celebration party?" he asked before finally looking at me.

"Yes. I don't have any errands for later, so I might as well come and join,"

"Really? that's surprising," I raised my brows at Dean. Meanwhile, Noelle who was busy at her work is now staring at the both of us, it's as if she's watching a suspense movie scene.

"What do you mean by that, Architect Ellorenco?" I asked, offended by what he said.

He shrug. "Oh, nothing," Dean smiled innocently. "I just thought that guy is coming here again to watch over you" Napairap ako nang banggitin na naman niya si Kaizer.

Well, It's not like I'm in the position to feel offended by that remarked. Kaizer has been coming here at exactly 6 in the evening just to force me have a dinner with him. Honestly, I couldn't even get mad at him, considering that he's a surgeon who has been making time for me—it somehow feels so illegal to refuse

"Don't be like that, Architect," Noelle giggles, catching our attention. "I actually like seeing Surgeon Kaizer here. It's very refreshing to the eyes to see a handsome man--"

"Secretary Noelle, are you implying that my face is unpleasant to your eyes?" Dean asked, offended. It seems like Noelle has stepped on his ego.

"Oh, please don't misunderstand, Architect. It's just that you and Surgeon Kaizer has very different features. I'm not saying your face is unpleasant"

Dean clicks his tongue which made Noelle shiver in fear. She looks at me and plead with her eyes, asking me to save her from this guy's wrath. I immediately avoided my gaze and continued doing my work while listening to them bicker. "No. I would like a thorough explanation on why you said that about Sylvester,"

"How could I waste your time, Architect? I'm just a mere assistant"

"Please continue, Secretary Noelle. What is the difference between me and Sylvester's facial features?" Napabuntong hininga ako sa dalawa. Hindi ako makapaniwala na ganito kaisip bata ang lalaking 'to. Ayaw na ayaw atang nalalamang si Kaizer sakaniya kahit sa anong bagay.

"Don't make my Secretary cry. She's very sensitive when it comes to aggressive men like you, Architect" sabi ko, dahilan para mapairap si Dean at umupo nang maayos sa upuan niya. Si Noelle naman ay nakahinga nang maluwag dahil ipinag-tanggol ko ito.
