1.22.1 An Exhibition Match (Short)

A/N: I'm typing this on a plane! And a water park! And a boat out on the ocean! Isn't that cool? Well, I think it is, anyway, I've wanted to do this short for like a month now but I haven't gotten round to it, but now that I'm on holiday I figured I'd write something simple when I'm not busy having fun, so here this small short is.

You might be able to tell from the title, but this is regarding Rae's boxing stuff, I wanted to make it part of the story in a funny thing.

Also it contains quite a few sexual references, not as in literal sexual acts, but lots of innuendoes and discussing doing sexual acts, I explained as to why that's the case within the story, but yeah there's no actual smut, maybe a bit of unusual intimacy, but that is it.

25th May 2022 8:00am

"Rae~? Wakey, wakey~!" Sykkuno greeted Rae in the morning with a singsongy tone, standing at the door to their bedroom with a tray in hand, only for Rae to gently shuffle awake as her eyes fluttered open, landing on Sykkuno just as they did every morning, though after seeing him with a whole breakfast in hand her lips curled at the corners of her mouth and a smile blessed her lips, prompting her to greet the Angel.

"Mmm, good morning!" Rae smiled, her cheery tone brightening up Sykkuno's whole life as he placed her tray on her nightstand. "Did you make breakfast for me?" Rae asked, her voice still carrying that morningness to it, she already knew the answer, but she just wanted to hear that from her loving boyfriend.

"I did, and I'll do it again tomorrow, and the day after that, and the day after, and the-" "Okay, I get it. You love me." Sykkuno confirmed to Rae that he had before offering to make her breakfast every morning, if only that were a possibility, oh wait, it could be! Rae was so lucky in life.

"Yep, damn right I do." Sykkuno agreed with Rae had said, climbing into his own side of the bed while Rae grabbed her tray from the nightstand and placed it in her lap, picking up her knife and fork before offering Sykkuno the first bite, something that he gladly accepted to as he used his pearly white chompers to latch onto her fork, Rae pulling said fork backwards as the food entered Sykkuno's mouth, then Rae took a bit of her own and pretty soon they were just casually enjoying breakfast in bed together.

8:15am

"So, your boxing thing, is that something you're actually serious about?" Sykkuno questioned Rae as they were just casually making small talk, and with Rae having talked about taking a couple boxing lessons recently Sykkuno thought why not find out more about that.

"Ooh! Y'know, at first I was actually just thinking it'd be something fun to just do as a thing on the side, but I actually really like it! Yeah, I'd even consider being in the next Creator Clash." Rae sounded excited to move onto the topic of her boxing by the start of her sentence, explaining that she was indeed serious about doing that.

"Well that's good, it's good that you're picking up new hobbies, if you're happy then I'm happy." Sykkuno remained the ever-loving, supportive boyfriend whom Rae loved dearly, but Rae ignored his sweet words and instead made an offer to have a little 1 on 1 session.

"We'll see, we could spar if you want, test out my skill?" Rae wasn't concrete on going through with boxing just yet, though she did suggest that they have a little brawl.

"Eh... no thanks." Sykkuno declined Rae's offer, not wanting to get punched in the face by his own girlfriend, even with a pair of gloves on, though when soon confronted on as to why he didn't wish to spar, he didn't say the real reason that he'd already thought of.
