CHAPTER 5: SEBASTIAN

Natigilan ako ng marinig kong sabihin niyang Cheska ang pangalan ng babaeng nagdala sa kanya dito. Could it be?

'Hoy natulala ka jan?' Untag ni Liro sakin.

'W-wala. Tara na' hindi naman siguro. Ano yun? Tinadhana? Saka ang alam ko nasa Tagaytay si Cheska not that we still have communication but that's the last thing I heard from her, ibang Cheska naman siguro yun. Nakatulog si Sapphire sa kotse habang pauwi kami ng condo. May dala rin kasing kotse sila Liro. Nakarating na kami sa parking lot at tulog pa rin siya, I watch her lips move everytime she breath. I miss waking up next to her, I miss touching her face while she's sleeping. Damn it, I miss everything about her.

'Hmmm' I love the sound of her voice at di ko mapigilan ang sarili kong himasin ang makinis niyang mukha. 'S-Seb?' She slowly opened her eyes.

'Nagising ba kita?' Tanong ko. I cant believe that she's here with me now, ilang beses niya akong pinagtabuyan at ngayon nandito siya sa tabi ko.

'No. Ahh Seb' she said at umayos siya ng pagkakaupo. 'Kasi may sasabihin sana a-' hindi ko na siya pinatapos and I pulled her close and hugged her tight, ipang segundo pa bago niya kinapa ang likuran ko.

'Im sorry but please maniwala ka, mahal na mahal kita at kahit kelan hindi kita iiwan.' I said but she remained quiet. 'I love you Sapph. I love you so much... thank you for giving me another chance' Hindi ako bumitaw sa pagkakaykap sa kanya.

'I love you too so much...' Bumitaw sya sa pagkakayakap and she stared at me.. 'Seb?'

'Yes babe? Anong gusto mo?' Agaran kong tanong.

'Im pregnant... with your child of course.' She blurted out and I am.caught off guard, hindi ko alam kung anong nararamdaman ko pero bigla kong binuksan ang kotse at lumabas, maya-maya ay sumilip ako sa bintana. 'I-Im sorry, akala ko matatanggap mo' she said with dismay.

'Buntis ka? You are pregnant with my baby?' I asked again and she blinked once before she nodded.
'Buntis ka.. Buntis ka... magiging dadday na ako. Magiging daddy na ako' I screamed at dali dali syang lumabas ng kotse at lumapit sakin

'Seb, ano ba! Tumigil ka nga' natatawang sita niya sakin.

'No.. I will be a father... narinig niyo yun? Magiging daddy na ako' sigaw ko ng may dumaang kotse. Narinig ko pang nagcongratulaelte ang sakay nun.

'Ano ka ka. Halika na nga..' hinila niya ako but I pulled her and hugged her.

'Thank you. Thank you for making me the happiest guy in the world, your forgiveness and our baby are the best things that happened to me. I love you so much Sapphie,' i felt her tightened her hug.

'I love you too Seb... so much' she replied followed by a sob, I gently release her from my embrace and held her chin up.

'Ill make it up to you and our baby. I will love you both for the rest of my life.' She nodded and I hugged her again. Hawak ko ang kamay niya hanggang sa makarating kami sa unit namin.

'I miss you so much baby' I said while hugging her from behind.

'I miss you too' sagot niya at humarap siya sakin. I kissed her and she responded with hunger and God knows how much I missed the warmth of her body and the softness of her lips, I miss everything about her. EVERYTHING.

Late na pero tulog pa si Sapphire at nagdesisyon na din akong wag ng pumasok para maalagaan ko siya. She's sleeping like an innocent kid but now she's bearing my child and I wouldnt do anything that will put her and my baby in danger. I caress her face when she moved.

'G-goodmorning' she muttered as she slowly opened her eyes.

'Goodmorning my Sapphire.' I kissed on her forehead. 'I love you so much'

'Babe.. I love you too but im hungry' I chuckled and hugged her. 'Then get up, Ive cooked already'

'You did?' She asked with a hint of amused in her voice.

'Yes babe.. now I think my queen's a little tired so I guess I have to carry her to our dining' She laugh and giggle when I tickle her.

'You wouldnt dare' she laughingly threatened me.

'Oh yes I will' she almoset scream when I carried her but at the end she hang her arms on my neck and I planted a tiny kiss on her lips ng makarating a kami sa table.

'You cooked all of this?' Namamanghang tanong nito. Nangingiting tumango ako sa kanya at titig na titig siya sakin habang ngumunguya ng bacon.

'Babe? Stop smiling like that, parang kinakabahan ako sayo eh,' napakamut ako sa ulo ko and she burst out a laugh and I laugh with her.

'Ano ka ba.' She rose to her feet and walk towards me, she hugged me from behind at hinalikan niya ako sa pisngi. 'Thank you babe.'

'Kulang pa to babe.. kulang pa sa nagawa kong-'

'Lets not talk about that. Kalimutan na natin yun ang importante heto tayo ngayon. We're back together.' She sat on my lap. 'Lets visit mom'

'Okay babe. Maligo ka na'

'No, ako ng maghuhugas ng plates' She said.

'Babe, from now on hindi ka na gagawa ng kung ano-ano. Kukuha na rin ako ng stay out na house maid' I replied and she pouted her lips. 'At itatanong natin sa OB mo kunh pwede ka pang magtrabaho saka stress lang ang ibibigay ng trabaho mo babe, kaya ko naman kayong buhayin ng baby natin.'

'Alam ko kaya lang babe, buntis ako. Hindi ako baldado, saka 2months palang akong buntis ano ka ba.' She defended and I stood up and cupped her face.

'Okay hindi natin yan pagtatalunan sa ngayon until we talked to your OB, Will that be fair enough?' I asked and she nodded.
