Jude and Connor: a beautiful thing

Chapter 30 ...okay..

Connors POV:
I tell Jude that I think we should tell his moms. He doesn't say anything so I look down. I hear something and can't believe what I hear.
"...okay.." He says softly as he starts to tear up.
I look up and realize it was Jude.
"Jude! Oh my god!" I say crying as I hug him.
"I knew you could do it. No one will ever take away your voice okay?" I lean in to kiss him. He pulls away and stares into my eyes.
I smile as he smiles back.
"I'm sorry. I shouldn't have said all that. But I didn't want to go silent again. It felt like it wasn't my choice this time." He says as he wipes the tears from my eyes.

Jude's POV:
Callie walks in and sees me and Connor alone.
"Hey Jude how you feeling?"
I don't say anything for a few seconds. Then I look at Connor and smile then back at Callie. I walk up to her and give her a hug. Once I pull away I give her a big smile.
"I'm fine.." I say
"Oh my god. You're talking again!" She says giving me another hug.
"NO!!!!" We hear screaming coming from downstairs.
"What was that?" Connor says getting up.
"I don't know. I'll be right back. Just stay here." Callie says running out of the room.
"Jude..are you okay?"
"I don't know. That scared me for a second." I say looking at Connor as we both start to laugh.
"Probably Mariana broke a nail!" We say joking.
Callie comes running back in here with tears in her eyes.
"Callie...what's wrong?" I stop laughing and me face gets serious.
She doesn't say anything she gives us a look giving us a hint that something isn't okay.
"Callie?" I say as I look at her. I look at Connor and we look back at Callie who's eyes are red and is crying a lot.
