*Amahle's POV*
I'm sitting on this hospital chair trying to get ahold of Kgosi, he needs to help save my son, in fact our son. During the first few months of my pregnancy I wasn't sure who Sbusiso's father was, until obviously I processed everything and my calculations led me back to Kgosi, a young intern at Nathi's law firm, him and I had a few sneaky links and that was it. Nathi was just distant during that time in our relationship, I'd always drive down to his office only to find that he isn't around but Kgosi always was always hitting on me so I ended up giving in and honestly seeing how Nathi is already moving on and has forgotten about me, part of me wishes this child was actually a mabaso.

Him storming out yesterday really got me scared, he might has found out that this child isn't his and I might have just lost the last hold that I had on him, I tried calling him a few times yesterday but he never picked up or returned my calls, that fat girlfriend of his even came here to fetch Nathi's parents, they seem much fond of her even after she went from one brother to the next, dick hopping fat hoe.

I see them walking towards the waiting area, she's with them dressed like a makoti already, forgetting that she's just a side piece and I'm the only legitimate makoti. They greet and take a seat, I just size her, who does she think she is? I wonder what muthi she used on this family, they cannot even see how evil she is, she's not even Nathi's type.

"any news from the doctor?" Nathi's dad asks, "nothing yet" I sigh. The old seer or sangoma or whatever she is starts with her chanting and all that. I'm so bored at this point nothing upsets me like this desperate for money fake people. "lomntana udinga ukwenzelwa isiko" she's looking at me now, this might just be my jackpot. "I've been trying to get ahold of Nathi for us to discuss that but he hasn't been answering my calls" Nathi looks at me in disbelief and shock, what's wrong with him?

"Cha, udinga isiko lakubo, from his real pertanal family not kwaMabaso" I'm shocked to say the least, embarrassment flashes over me, this means they are all aware of the pertenity of my son. I just sit there wishing for the ground to open and swallow me in.

*Aya's POV*
The tension in this waiting room is so thick you could cut it with a steak knife. I don't know whether to excuse myself or just sit her. Nathi is sitting next to me today, holding my hand so I can't even try and walk out. He's really upset, I hold on to his hand that is intertwined with mine as a way of assuring him that everything will be okay. While his wife still shoots me nasty looks.

We spend sometime at the hospital then leave, the Elders request that we drive them to the airport right after the hospital visit because of other business commitments that they have in durban. MaSithole has summoned Nathi and I so we'll drive down over the weekend.

Nathi went to drop the elders off while I went home to pack more clothes for wami as I couldn't go there yesterday. As I leave the house Nathi drives in. He goes to his boot and takes out 3 large suitcases, is this man moving in?

I stop on my tracks and wait on the door step. He walks up to me. "Aya, can I move in for sometime? At least until I get my issues fixed?", "you don't even have you to ask, you know you're welcome here at anytime" he gives me a hug, "going somewhere?" he asks looking at the bags I have with me. "yeah, taking these to soweto since wami will be spending the week there", "can I come with you?" this is about to be a very awkward day. "sure" he rolls his suitcases in and leaves them in the living room then we drive using his car as it's already in the drive way.

Along the way he tells me that he's going back to work tomorrow it makes me sad because he convinced me to take leave and now all of a sudden he won't be around. We finally arrive at home and he insisted that we stop by fruit and veg to buy a few things. We walk in, "ma" I greet nervously. She hugs me then greets Nathi, we found her in the kitchen, walking further on to the sitting room I find my dad, gosh this day has to be the worst.

We greet and take a seat, wami is asleep I assume. "ndodana, kuyaphileka?" he asks, "Yebo baba siyancenga" they start talking about football, politics, loadshedding, eskom and everything else under the sun. "Hamba uyosithengela uDrink" my dad hands me a R20 note, "baba you don't even drink soft drinks nje?" he shoots me a look so I just stand and walk out. I find mum in the kitchen then she decides to take a walk with me to buy that cold drink, I know I'm up for a long lecture.

"how's everything?" she asks, I sigh, "everything was just getting better until Nathi came back into my life with all his baggage, I narrate the whole situation to her." what are you hoping for from all of this?"," marriage" this is the first time I've ever been honest to myself about this situation. "looking at what you've told me, he also wants that, Uzimisele this time around and let's hope he does the right thing" we walk back home and I find them chatting off a storm, there's laughter here and there. My baby is up and she's in Nathi's arms, it's amazing how she never forgets him.

I take her and sit next to him. She touches my face then gives me a kiss before getting off to run back to my mother, after a few hours we finally bid farewell and leave...
